I ordered the appetizer crab cakes. When they came out, they looked bulky and the outside was hard. I'd say they were from a frozen bag and deep fried. I took one bite and it did not taste good, so I didn't eat them. I ordered the bread pudding for dessert and was disappointed. It was thick and hard, and not very good as bread puddings go. It certainly wasn't made recently. All in all I was disappointed with my meal and experience. Milton, Florida has a lengthy history that dates back to the early 1800's and has been known by various names such as Hell-Town, Hard Scrabble, Scratch Ankle (because of the briars and bramble that would scratch people's ankles) and more. During the Civil War, Milton was burned by the retreating Confederate forces trying to escape Union capture and to prevent Milton's industries from falling into Union control. Milton has grown a bit since I was last here and I think that this is a positive thing. I enjoyed my time in Milton and really enjoyed my time at their Riverwalk.
