Making a cup of tea at 1:30 am this morning and saw a German cock roach scurry across the floor. Killed it with a shoe. Creeps me out. Door handle is loose. Our room key never unlocks the outside side door. We always have to walk around to the front doors. Even after having the front office clerk reprogram it. No remote for the TV when we arrived. They brought us different ones after check in and none of them worked. They finally brought us one that works the next day. The trim between the ceramic tile and vinyl floor comes up making a tripping hazard. We will not come back here.

When I sat on the sofa in the room, I felt dirt and food crumbs on the back of my legs, and I hadn't eaten anything yet. 7. There's no coffee maker in the room.
