Sweet Savage is a very nice vintage shop! So many creative ideas to incorporate into your style. Reasonably priced items! I could spend hours browsing. The staff are all welcoming and friendly.

The warehouse is loaded with unique finds. Main building chocked full of trendy interior magic.

    French market theme for October

Pinterest in real life. This is the perfect place to go and wander around after a nice dinner in the area. Even their bathrooms are adorably decorated. There's plenty of friendly staff around. I loved the French market theme this month and I'll probably return for the holiday theme next month. However, I'm giving it four stars because I don't think I could afford to actually buy any furniture here. The prices seem a little arbitrary, too. There were some gorgeous frames and mirrors in the $30-$50 range, but I also saw a tree branch being sold for $98.

Love this place- great finds, some vendors reasonably priced, others a bit - way too high. All very beautifully decorated and creative with their space. Great place to go to decorate your house for a shabby chic look and not pay to get in or park like you do at Junk in the trunk. Every month is a different theme. Ex: Halloween, Christmas, Spring, European week and more... Parking is limited though so best to go early or later in the day. Lanyard with your # as you enter helps you shop. As you find things they will take the items to the front and put them in binds w your # in it. Tip- if the check out line is too long at the front- there is one in the back building too that never has a line. Just get your items and go to that building to check out and no wait! Amazing vintage jewelry lady- Anne - runs Dos Fannies just to the left of the from registers- she's so nice, small little space and her jewelry is amazing! All vintage pieces she has made from hand, and customized. Like old lockets and old buttons and charms. Tons of furniture, old windows and more here.... they have everything.

Our purchases from Sweet Salvage: the dining room table, glass cloches with long stems, cornucopia, and the framed mirror on the wall

I'm an avid thrifter but don't have a lot of experience with Goodwill specifically, but I always…read moreenjoy my experiences at this Goodwill! As mentioned in other reviews, there's ample parking and usually homeless people outside. They haven't bothered me or other patrons. There's a bathroom that requires a passcode, probably as an anti-homeless measure... I'm not sure how large other Goodwills tend to be, but I'm always able to walk out of the store with something decent. I've purchased bowls and dishes for about $1/piece, dresses for $8 avg, skirts for about $7 avg, tops for $6 avg. I've even purchased 2 suit sets for $10 each -- 100% silk and 100% wool respectively! Always happy with my experience at this store, although it's more expensive than I'd like a thrift store to be (then again maybe that's just the world we live in, in general). Note: if you donate a bag of clothes, you can get a 20% off coupon, although sometimes the cashier hooks me up with the coupon anyway!

Way before covid, the goodwill on Peoria, in peoria Az took theyr Career Center out of the store,…read moredue to low staffing. Then we had Covid and they now are saying the dressing rooms cant be opened back up because of that! You purchase something at goodwill for a BIG price, you cant try it on, and you have a week to bring it back, AND you only get store credit, they win twice, they get the item and you have to spend the money at goodwill. They dont have the big sales like the 3rd week of the month, at 50 or 75% off! Why not? I know goodwill is a non proffitt and supposed to pay a percentage of theyr earnings but, a friend of mine works where they send the money and goodwill hadnt paid in a couple years. Goodwill needs to come down on theyr prices, way to hi. stop taking cords of the radios, hooks off shower curtains, and so on, sell them with the item it came with. STOP PUTTING THE TAGS ON THE FRONT OF READING GLASSES and ON TOP SOMETHING THAT HAS A LOGAL. I could say more but i will stop here.

It's clean, organized and the odor is not as bad as other Goodwill sites. The layout is good and…read morespacing is better than other Goodwill sites, as well. Prices are getting out-of-hand, but that seems to be the case at other Goodwill locations, too. There is nothing wrong with Goodwill's for-profit business model, but they need to keep in mind their base cost of goods sold.
