I had a trip planned to meet someone special in the Poconos and I wanted to surprise him for his birthday. I contacted Two Hearts Desserts only just a few days prior and requested a specially-designed cake. I didn't provide any photos of what I wanted, but I knew they would make it happen. Austin even delivered the cake to me! The cake turned out amazing! Not only was he overwhelmingly happy, but the staff and guests at the winery were amazed by it as well. The sauce was great and really made the sandwich for me. The coffee, to me, was good but the coffee milk portion overpowered the coffee flavor. It's worth trying unless you're a coffee purist. All in all I would go back and try other drinks and sandwiches, and maybe one of those delicious looking cookies.

It didn't seem fresh at all and made the whole experience messy and unappetizing. Ice cream is supposed to be cold and enjoyable, not practically liquid before you even get a chance to eat it. What made the situation even worse was finding a hair in my ice cream. That completely ruined my appetite and immediately made me question the cleanliness and care put into preparing and serving food. Finding something like that is unacceptable and very unsanitary. It made me feel uncomfortable and disappointed because customers should be able to trust that basic hygiene standards are being followed. I normally try to give places the benefit of the doubt, but between receiving melted ice cream and then finding a hair in it, this experience was frustrating and gross. I expected much better quality and attention to detail. I hope improvements are made because no customer should have an experience like this.

There were few more people behind us in the line. No one was being served at all as manager was busy stocking store for next day so that she may leave for home on time. Secondly jobs should not be performed while there are 15 customers waiting in line to be served. Clearly manager was upset on the rush during the last hour. She made sure that she does not serve until few people leave without food. I feel bad for the business owner. They should at least watch cameras if they cannot be there themselves on busy weekend nights.

There was completely melted ice cream in the freezer, it looked like soup. When I brought it to the staff members attention, she said that it was because they take the ice cream out to clean the freezer and that one melted. I find it unacceptable that Ben and Jerry's could charge these obscene prices for their ice cream and offer melted ice cream as an option. The bathrooms are disgusting...like I'm not sure if anyone ever cleans them. The tables are wobbly and filthy. Napkin dispensers are empty. Hot fudge machine also looked dirty and broken as the staff members poured hot fudge on from a plastic bag on the counter. Just truly awful experience, I wish I had walked out but my son would have been so disappointed and upset. From now on I will give the smaller mom and pop shops my business.
