It was so shocking and so rude. I thought the person was joking. I said you're joking right and she goes, "No, I'm not joking! We're closed! " Even though the doors were wide open, I guess they were open for employees coming in. I was ready to spend several hundred dollars, but instead I walked to my car and placed an online order from Snake River Farms. I got $25 off and two day delivery so I'm thrilled. It might be a while until I go back to Tonys. It's OK that the store was closed. I just wish the employee had used better tact.

Instead, there are two coolers full of ice cream, and you pay on the honor system using an iPad or Venmo, which is actually pretty charming once you figure it out. A few of the listed flavors weren't available when I stopped by, which was a little confusing, and I was really hoping to try the pistachio (it sounds amazing!). Still, what I did have was outstanding, and I'd love to know when that flavor will be available next.
