When I first arrived, I didn't quite understand the setup -- there's a cute little van/food truck outside that I think they serve from sometimes, but the storefront itself isn't staffed. Instead, there are two coolers full of ice cream, and you pay on the honor system using an iPad or Venmo, which is actually pretty charming once you figure it out. A few of the listed flavors weren't available when I stopped by, which was a little confusing, and I was really hoping to try the pistachio (it sounds amazing!). Still, what I did have was outstanding, and I'd love to know when that flavor will be available next. Apparently, the service operating hours are only Thursday through Saturday, and I went off of the hours on Google, which appeared to be incorrect. Though, self serve of appears to be open every day.
