When I first arrived, I didn't quite understand the setup -- there's a cute little van/food truck outside that I think they serve from sometimes, but the storefront itself isn't staffed. Instead, there are two coolers full of ice cream, and you pay on the honor system using an iPad or Venmo, which is actually pretty charming once you figure it out. A few of the listed flavors weren't available when I stopped by, which was a little confusing, and I was really hoping to try the pistachio (it sounds amazing!). Still, what I did have was outstanding, and I'd love to know when that flavor will be available next. Apparently, the service operating hours are only Thursday through Saturday, and I went off of the hours on Google, which appeared to be incorrect. Though, self serve of appears to be open every day. All in all -- unique concept, great local vibe, and phenomenal ice cream. I'll definitely be back!

I knew that there was still money on it and he was also horribly rude about it and refused to come to any sort of solution or comfort me about the situation. I had to drive clear all the way over to the other nearby location and sure enough, there was still money on it and I was able to purchase my B-12! Thank you to the Hampden and Wadsworth location for actually being nice, and knowing what they were doing! I won't be back to the Kipling and Coalmine location until this young man is gone!
