Everything about it is great! I don't drink coffee though many of my friends do and they say their coffee is delicious: lots of adjectives used to describe it. I drink chai tea. They have sweet chai and a spiced chai. For me, the best is half of each. And they do carry alternative "milks." The staff are absolutely the best! The line could be out the door and service is fast, efficient, yet not rushed and they're very kind. The baked goods are made there and while I haven't tried them all, between my friends and I , we have tried most. All have been delicious and done amazing unique combinations. It's fun to see new items to try. The environment is lovely. It's comfortable to sit and relax. There's outdoor seating and all of it, inside and out, are beautiful, comfortable. They have larger tables that seat up to 8 which has given me the opportunity to meet new people. And there are private tables to do your computer work. They truly have it all. It's become one of my favorite hangout and drink tea. People watch or engage. I'm there at least once a week. read more

Asking for a tip digital because I paid another strike. This is the epitome of a cringe coffee shop that wont be around for long. If you cant give your customer a coffee cup that is going with them that includes a lid you are already failing the basics. I absolutely hate this place and I will never be back. Corvis has great coffee and amazing pastries. It's nice to go someplace where they're actually making them there rather than ordering them from Cisco and then they come wrapped in saran wrap and they're kind of squishy. Lots of parking but plaza can get busy so you may have to park far. The cafe has lots of seating and lots of open space where you don't feel cramped. Ordered the Auburn Latte which was described as a cinnamon maple flavor and some pastries- the brown butter banana loaf and spiced apple danish. The latte was really good and wasn't overly sweet. The pastries were good too but the loaf was a bit dense for my liking. The apple danish tasted like apple pie which wasn't too bad. Overall a solid coffee shop that I would come back to if I was in the area visiting again. read more

I stopped by this Corvus location yesterday for a coffee and a sweet treat. This location is a lot bigger than Arvada. The interior is spacious and I noticed a lot of people working on laptops. I ordered a seasonal maple latte iced with oat milk and really enjoyed it! It was not too sweet, but perfectly balanced. My partner got a Kyoto cold brew and enjoyed the smoothness of the coffee. There is also a large semi-covered seating area outside. Vegan milk alternatives available and gluten-free sweet treats are in the pastry case. This place is located conveniently in a busy cross section in Littleton and is very visible from the main road. At first when I stepped in it looked like there wasn't much seating options but there was to the far right of the cafe. The place smelled delicious once I stepped in. We've been trying a new coffee joint/Cafe each day for our stay here near Denver. This was our least favorite so far. The coffee itself is ehhh, bitter and not at all complex. Three of us went to Corvus Coffee , corner of Bowles and Wadsworth, for the first time and were extremely disappointed in the drinks! Two of us had the Chai Latte and both drinks were barely lukewarm and most importantly both drinks were so bland and tasteless! Worst Chai drinks we have ever had. I, the author of this review, asked for oat milk instead of dairy and was charged $1.00 for it. The third drink was a hot chocolate and my friend said it was tasteless and flavorless. He later dumped it out because it tasted like nothing! These were expensive drinks, especially mine with added charge of $1.00 for oat milk, and all 3 drinks were terrible. Could get much better chai latte and hot chocolate drinks at 7-11 for a lot less money! read more

Real quick as I stopped here today (May 28, 2023) on the way to my second job in Roxborough down the street. Corvus, why are you guys always so good? My iced green tea is refreshing and soothing; the blueberry lavender scone is amazingly beautiful. And warm smiles I received from the employees were a million dollars. This is by far my favorite Corvus location in the metro area due to its size and selection of sweet and savory pastries. And the atmosphere they create to welcome us never fails. They have a variety of pastries but all were baked too long. Instead of being golden brown they were all dark brown. The manager explained that they do a sugar wash so the pastries will be darker. I would have gotten one, but they all looked dried out. However, we did get the trail mix bar and that was pretty good, although it was a bit too salty. The coffee is expensive and quite bitter. They roast their own beans, so like the pastry, it is burnt. We each had an 8oz Americano with 1/2 and 1/2. The manager did remake the Americano for us.... The service is ok. A bit slow but friendly! Spacious eat in area, with plants and lot of windows. You can even see into the coffee roasting area and the baking area where aromas of the baked goods permeate the store. This is our third visit over the course of a few years and the coffee hasn't improved. We probably won't be back. read more
