Corvis has great coffee and amazing pastries. It's nice to go someplace where they're actually making them there rather than ordering them from Cisco and then they come wrapped in saran wrap and they're kind of squishy. I will definitely be back For food and coffee, although the service does leave something to be desired

Lots of parking but plaza can get busy so you may have to park far. The cafe has lots of seating and lots of open space where you don't feel cramped. Ordered the Auburn Latte which was described as a cinnamon maple flavor and some pastries- the brown butter banana loaf and spiced apple danish. The latte was really good and wasn't overly sweet. The pastries were good too but the loaf was a bit dense for my liking. The apple danish tasted like apple pie which wasn't too bad. Overall a solid coffee shop that I would come back to if I was in the area visiting again.

    "Vanilla latte"

Honestly I wanted to like my coffee a lot especially when I pay 7$ on a 12 oz ice latte I asked for the vanilla latte it did not have a hint of vanilla what so ever just espresso and milk very disappointed as the rating is so high ? You would think paying 7$ you get some sort of flavor as the regular latte with no flavor is a dollar or more less ? Just upset with the lack of flavor just a waste of money !

As a serious coffee aficionado, I was so fortunate to be staying in Lakewood such that the Corvus location showed up when I did my morning search for specialty coffee. It turned out to be absolutely remarkable. One of the better coffee venues that I have been to. And as you all know, I come from a coffee Town, Houston, with some amazing specialty roasters. I opted for a flight. Of 3 Panama Gesha coffee. Excellent. And the quality and selection of pastries was absolutely remarkable. Highly highly highly recommend recommended.

I stopped by this Corvus location yesterday for a coffee and a sweet treat. This location is a lot bigger than Arvada. The interior is spacious and I noticed a lot of people working on laptops. I ordered a seasonal maple latte iced with oat milk and really enjoyed it! It was not too sweet, but perfectly balanced. My partner got a Kyoto cold brew and enjoyed the smoothness of the coffee. There is also a large semi-covered seating area outside. Vegan milk alternatives available and gluten-free sweet treats are in the pastry case. This is a good place to enjoy fall vibes and nice weather. Overall, this is a really great place to meet up with friends or get some work done. Treat yourself to a fancy coffee!

This place is located conveniently in a busy cross section in Littleton and is very visible from the main road. At first when I stepped in it looked like there wasn't much seating options but there was to the far right of the cafe. The place smelled delicious once I stepped in. I had to buy their cinnamon roll and it was super yummy! Service was great and so was the wifi. Great spot to do some homework or catch up with a friend.

Stopped by for a spicy dirty chai latte and tried their baked goods too. Really curated space, large tables to work at. I'd be back again!

    Ehhh... I don't recommend.

We've been trying a new coffee joint/Cafe each day for our stay here near Denver. This was our least favorite so far. The coffee itself is ehhh, bitter and not at all complex. The few breakfast offerings are tiny and astronomically priced. I'm still hungry and my coffee is bleh. The service was nice and the place is clean.

Delicious pastries! I loved the spiced chai and the spiced chai cookie with it a perfect pairing! Lots of free parking out front! They have lots of different coffees to try as well! My dad enjoyed the auburn latte! There is lots of seating inside as well! It's an order at the counter type of place and depending on the time there could be a line! I'll be back!

    Nice bakery options

Nice! The vibe is calm even tho there are many customers in the place. The staff is first and the bakery items are plentiful. There are seasonal coffees and teas which makes the selection even wider. Great coffee that isn't bitter.

Perfect coffee what pricey! I stopped at this very pleasant coffee shop that doubles as an open-space co-working environment. The place has plenty of seating, great lighting, and a relaxed yet productive atmosphere. They also sell some niche merchandise. Their selection of pastries--both sweet and savory--is good, making it easy to find the perfect pairing for your drink. But the real highlight? The coffee. It's among the best you can get. I ordered a spicy dirty chai latte, and it was creamy, smooth, and had the perfect spicy aftertaste--a well-balanced, flavorful experience. However, while the quality justifies a premium price, $8 (tax and tip) for a 12oz dirty chai feels steep.

Beautiful location! Wonderful baristas! The coffee was delicious! Everything you need to work from a coffee shop for a few hours. Their food options were slightly limited and I believe it was because it was near the end of the day, and they were mostly sweet with the exception of a slightly spendy sandwich, and a croissant.

Okay lowkey it's a cute little coffee shop but their matcha latte isn't that good! Not worth it, service was good overall nice staff.

The only thing I'd take away half a star for if I could would be the price. $10 for a croissant and $6 for a scone is a little crazy. Losers!! We now know we'll never get the cake we ordered..... Now the doors are locked, not responding to emails, voicemails, or open during business hours. Ohhh, and other customers are also complaining about the same issues about Wave the Grain on social media. I'm very thankful Visa has a great dispute policy when fraud like this occurs. Visa has been very helpful when we and other customers have been deceived. Thankfully, the Colorado State Attorney General and BBB have been notified!!! It's sad to see folks take customer's hard earned money and obviously be out of business. Do yourself a favor, and Don't support this business!!!!

The cashier told me the smash cake would be a 4" cake and that in order for them (the bakers) to make it, I would also have to order cupcakes too. Online "All Custom orders start at $200 regardless of the size of the order." Plus the cost of cupcakes? The Ube cake is a 6" for $60 and a single cupcake was around $5? I'm all for supporting local and supporting Filipino businesses. I took the time to visit in person but it seemed very unprofessional that not one of the bakers (even seeing me as I was talking with the cashier) came to discuss the details of the order with me in person, what justifies the 3x charge for a custom order for a smaller cake and cupcakes (that I don't need).
