This is a delicious sandwich and I couldn't recommend it more to anyone who loves sausage. This store serves Tony Fig sausage and I have to say I've also had it at Casa Santo Stefano, but here it takes on a whole new level. The bread is crusty and tasty. The peppers and onions are exactly correct for a sandwich slightly crunchy but not limp. Also, they use a very flavorful provolone cheese, but not one that is so pungent that it takes away from the sandwich. I asked for cheese to be added to the sandwich. It doesn't normally come that way by the way. While I did not sample them, they have quite the list of Italian drinks, sodas, flavored waters, and so on and beer and house wine. They also have a complete dessert case, including of course, cannoli. They want everyone to be happy here. I intend to return with my dining buddy to see what rose we can sample. The hours listed on Google and their website are not correct. Make sure you call before you come because they are open more hours than Google thinks they are especially during the week. My order was canceled so I contacted the owner Vicky. She informed me that the facility did not remove her business as requested and apologized for the confusion. She liked to ensure personalized desserts for her clients, which was something that those food delivery facilities could not accurately convey. After learning about the owner's mission to provide allergy-free desserts and her attention to detail, I decided to book her bakery to make my son's birthday cake. My husband picked it up at a scheduled time on the day of the party and was thrown off by the man who answered the door without a shirt on. The owner was thoughtful and checked on us later on during the day. My 2-year old son enjoyed the design and taste of the cupcakes. The guests loved the design of the cupcake cake, but did not like the taste. It was due to my request for no sugar, because my son doesn't eat sugary desserts. But the bakery made the cupcakes vegan and sugar-free based on my request, so they definitely did what was asked of them. In the future, I'll get the guests a different dessert.
