He started baking and perfecting his mom, Selina's, red velvet cupcake recipe. Once they were as good as Moms, he began selling them on FB to help raise money for his mom's breast cancer treatment! How could any human not be moved by that business model!?! I went home and looked them up on FB and "Liked" their page. I carefully read the order details and didn't hesitate to order my first dozen red velvet cupcakes! Please keep in mind, Selina's only sells red velvet with cream cheese cupcakes or a full cake. I messaged Anthony with my first order to be delivered a few days later, on a Saturday afternoon. The cost was $15 (plus tax) for the 12 cupcakes and $3 delivery fee. Saturday came and knock knock on my door.... there's a sweet young man smiling at me and handing me the MOST DELICIOUS red velvet cupcakes I have ever eaten!
