I also thought the cookies were to die for with an amazing lemon flavor. I have been to $100 dollar a plate very high end restaurants that did not have deserts as fancy as these. Your guests for a wedding or birthday, holiday will be Very, very impressed. People were literally standing around talking about how amazing the decorating on the pastries was. My order was canceled so I contacted the owner Vicky. She informed me that the facility did not remove her business as requested and apologized for the confusion. She liked to ensure personalized desserts for her clients, which was something that those food delivery facilities could not accurately convey. After learning about the owner's mission to provide allergy-free desserts and her attention to detail, I decided to book her bakery to make my son's birthday cake. My husband picked it up at a scheduled time on the day of the party and was thrown off by the man who answered the door without a shirt on. The owner was thoughtful and checked on us later on during the day. My 2-year old son enjoyed the design and taste of the cupcakes. The guests loved the design of the cupcake cake, but did not like the taste. It was due to my request for no sugar, because my son doesn't eat sugary desserts. But the bakery made the cupcakes vegan and sugar-free based on my request, so they definitely did what was asked of them. In the future, I'll get the guests a different dessert.

Imagine being in such bad pain and needing a root canal but your brain drifts off to cupcake land! I was intrigued by Anthony's story. He started baking and perfecting his mom, Selina's, red velvet cupcake recipe. Once they were as good as Moms, he began selling them on FB to help raise money for his mom's breast cancer treatment! How could any human not be moved by that business model!?! I went home and looked them up on FB and "Liked" their page. I carefully read the order details and didn't hesitate to order my first dozen red velvet cupcakes! Please keep in mind, Selina's only sells red velvet with cream cheese cupcakes or a full cake. I messaged Anthony with my first order to be delivered a few days later, on a Saturday afternoon. The cost was $15 (plus tax) for the 12 cupcakes and $3 delivery fee. Saturday came and knock knock on my door.... there's a sweet young man smiling at me and handing me the MOST DELICIOUS red velvet cupcakes I have ever eaten! The cream cheese frosting was so creamy and smooth. Definitely not grainy like most! I know he makes his mama proud! My middle son is picker than picky and raved about these. He helped polish off the dozen and then asked when I was ordering again!? I have since ordered once more and it was consistently as amazing as the first time! And don't forget to tip Anthony!!!
