Tried it for the first time today with my family and absolutely loved the vibe they have going on. Very colorful and plenty of seating for customers. They offer a nice selection of flavors for their Italian ices and some good combo's that are already out together in case you're having a hard time deciding on their menu. My son wanted the ice cream so he got vanilla with the rainbow sprinkles. I decided on the strawberry shortcake combo they have. I like that there's a good variety of sizing from a mini to a large so you can get a small treat or indulge if you'd like. They also offer ice cream sandwiches and ice cream cakes! I like Italian ice cream and so do my kids. You get plenty for the price and the kids really enjoy all the combination flavors but I personally find it too sweet for me so I have to go with the basic single flavor in a small. The combination flavors are quite large though; my kids never finish it all. The service is typical to any ice cream shop and the vibe is also just that. I rate it not a 3 and not a 4 but somewhere in between. It's worth going if you're into very sweet things. I didn't take a picture of the Pina colada flavor I had but it was good. I really enjoyed coming here, especially on a hot, summer day. It's a really cute shop located in a plaza. You can either go inside or sit outside. You can even order from the outside without even going in. You pretty much can just walk up to the side of the building where the outside patio is, and place your order at the window. Everyone here was very nice and informative. I think the staff did a great job. They will let you try samples if you'd like to try out the flavors. I had their strawberry gelati. Italian ice with soft serve ice cream hits differently. It's a good combination. I prefer the combinations here versus a lot of the other ice cream joints in the area. I'm so glad I stopped by this place while I was in town! The owner was so incredibly kind - seemed genuinely excited to be there and interacting with everybody. They give out free samples - I tried cookie butter and was sold!! It was so good! They use biscoff cookies and it was fresh when we got it. My date and I both got gelati which is Italian ice layered with soft serve ice cream. They have about 20 flavors of Italian ice, and 3 soft serve (chocolate, vanilla, and strawberry). We found this gem looking for a dessert place and it did not disappoint! They had free face painting and balloon animals and our kids were so happy. The customer service 10/10! I haven't encountered such happy young folk, they were so patient while our kids decided what they wanted, they made sure the space was clean. They even had someone cleaning outside. I understand being busy, but when you are at the outside window and an employee tells me they will be with me in a minute then proceeds to take 3 different peoples orders inside, including people that showed up 5 minutes after we were still waiting to place an order, is inexcusable. The music they played was too much rap for me and it was too loud. The flavors were good, and my wife proclaimed them as good as a New Jersey boardwalk. I disagreed. The fruit flavors were not that strong to earn that praise. The counter person disappointed me also. I erroneously ordered a pint of ice. They do not have a pint. She did not understand the difference between a pint and a quart and rang up an order for a quart. Go back to GO, do not collect $200. We agreed on a "large", but by then she totally forgot I was ordering ice and the flavors. OK, got that straight. So. OK. It is unique to Murfreesboro. I drove out of my way from the Blackman side of town just for Jeremiah's. I ordered the coconut ice. I didn't like the texture of it but the worse part was that I found a long, curly blonde hair in my cup. When I told the associate she said okay let me get my manager. No sorry! Well the manager must have told her to make me another one. I was completely turned off so I didn't want another one. I asked for a refund. She again said let me get my manager. He came out... still No sorry and tried to find my transaction. I told him how disappointing it was for me to travel that far to find hair in my ice. Still No sorry! He said well since we don't wear hair nets and we bend over hair falls in the ice all of the time. I said, well that's weird I've been to other restaurants and I haven't had hair in my food. So what you are telling me is that it's common to find hair in your cup at Jeremiah's. He said no that's not what I said. He said, I said it doesn't happen often. Still no sorry and basically he called me liar for repeating what he said until he realized how ridiculous he sounded.
