When we started there service it was excellent!! But then they started not coming weekly to service or when they did come the guy would just open the door look in and leave. I called to complain and was told if they decide NOT TO Service they have that right, but you get NO REFUND OR CREDIT on the account,they don't work that way.... the women I talked to was VERY RUDE and terrible customer service.
