She never put a headband on my head and instead of removing the exfoliating material off my face she rubbed it into my hair. This I only noticed after the facial was over. No proper facial massage. She just kept applying different creams to my face and wiping at them. Waste of money.

When they closed the pool they didn't empty the water and blamed us that the heater needed to be replaced and so we ordered a new one. They said it was due to our chemicals, which were always balanced. They installed the new heater and cut the liner which caused a leak. They told us they didn't do it. They didn't have time to fix it as their son got hurt. The pool wasn't leaking before the large cut in the liner where they installed the liner. They decided to come out to repair the liner. It didn't work. It was a bunch of blue goop brushed on. Again, they told us it was our problem and the people that installed the pool. I had a pool leak rest of the summer. I didn't pay the second half of the heater as my pool was leaking. They refused to fix it. I had two companies out here to look at the damage. This leak was not due to the original installation. It was from the install of the new heater where the tear was and the repair didn't work. It was an obvious slice where they installed the heater. Also when these companies came and looked at the old heater and they could tell the water wasn't emptied out of the heater when they closed the pool. Communication is horrible, they don't respond. The one gentleman who helps with chemicals is phenomenal, but other than that, the emails they sent me were mean. I paid for the other half of the heater as I had no choice. It was costly for me to continue fighting for a liner. Find another source if you can. They do not care about their customers and they take no responsibility for their work. They only have time for their in ground customers.

My review of Lake Geneva Pool and Spas has spun to ground zero 3 years later on a 3 year old pool…read more This pool was not set true and level to begin with with and is noticeable when full of water. There is definitely a catastrophic failure that is likely caused by a very poor install and winterizing of the pool. It appears there is settlement around the pool due to improper installation and compaction of the surrounding soils. I went to open this pool this year and noticed it drained down. That is not a good sign. Of course they came to air test, seen it failed and left. As it was put it is not Lake Geneva Pools Problem anymore and left. First observation is skimmer box is busted up. Improper winterization and ice damage. That is a major repair if the epoxy coating does not work to seal up the box. That is all I can try. Second observation is the return lines to the pool. Cannot get air pressure on the system. There is either a poor winterization of the lines or major settlement snapped the lines. Time will tell once a leak detection service can get in and do their testing and maybe send a fiber optic camera thru it. Third is the water heater. Leaks out the bottom every year. Always needing some sort of attention. This should not be. Forth are the laminar jets. They just do not operate like they should with the lighting. Never have since the beginning. It is sad for the price they charge for these. One laminar jet and area surrounding it sunk a lot. Fifth is bubbler jets. One jet si surrounded with sand and sediment. This is troubling as we do not know where that is coming from. If those failed that shallow deck is poured with concrete under the fiberglass. Basically the pool becomes a total loss as there is no safe way to repair those. This is disappointing to say the least that a pool install has this many issues. My aunt's pool is 45 years old and still working fine. This repair will be costly to say the least. This is gut wrenching because I have to fill the pool and hope the two bubbler jets will heat it and not cause a drain down. Pool must hit the 80 degrees for leak detection services to work in it. A lot of sleepless nights now.

We were able to have a great time in the living area and have a separate space to sleep. The room did have a musty odor upon arrival but with the a/c on when we returned the smell dissipated. The sheets had a stain on it, I am assuming it was washed but a left over stain which was off putting but I understand it can happen. There was a stain on couch but again it happens. Overall really good stay. They had breakfast included which is always a plus along with free onsite parking. It is about 20 min from Lake Geneva which is great and had bars close by which was fun.

My plans changed and I canceled the reservation on July 23rd before 4pm. According to the policy on my reservation, I would receive a full refund. I called the hotel and they accused me of staying there and sent a confirmation card with a signature that was not mine. The manager refused to give his full name and they accused me of lying. I reached out to the parent company and they upheld what hotel claimed. Additionally, I requested video footage of the night to show that I was not there, and have received no reply. I encourage anyone to be very careful booking with this place. I have contacted the police, the BBB, and the local news as this is a consumer protection issue and needs to be investigated.

They are lake front however is not for swimming but for fishing and boating, you can walk to the public beach entrance which is about a 7mn walk.

I come at varying times in the morning, and there are cars parked on both sides of the street and the lot is full due to their class times. I mentioned this to Jane at the front desk, who didn't seem to care when she rudely told me, "Well, it's the busiest time of the morning. There are only two classes." And then went right back to folding her towels. I asked again about why they don't split up the class--as they hold the most popular class at the most popular time for working people regularly just going to the gym--and she rudely dismissed my concern again. Don't come here if you want new and working equipment, not to have to plan your workout around that of retired people, and a staff that cares about its facilities and guests.

There are other facilities we could choose, however, this one came recommended to us and because we just really needed a place for tennis, we didn't need a large gym/tennis facility we chose to have a membership here. The prices for memberships are very fair and good for what you receive here. I rather stay here than go to a more traditional style club. It can get busy with tournaments but we have never had an issue about seating inside or finding a place to park. The facility keeps up with maintenance when needed and we never experienced an issue other than soap was out and front desk employee took care of right away. If you are using the weight rooms etc. they have towels and disinfecting spray, which I saw everyone using when they would use the equipment, this was great to see! Highly recommend if you need something that won't break the bank and or want to get involved in tennis. Jon and Adam are truly wonderful!
