Worst experience ever. I came in for "No Weigh Wednesday" just to be told they suddenly don't do it anymore, even though it's still being advertised. Completely misleading and such a waste of time. The customer service was awful -- the girl working there was rude, unhelpful, and acted like she couldn't care less. The staff seemed immature and unorganized, and nobody could give a straight answer. If you're going to advertise promotions, honor them or at least inform customers properly. Super disappointing experience overall. read more

This is my favorite Sweet Frog Location by far! The yogurt is always fresh, creamy, and cold while the toppings are always fresh and yummy. Their flavors range from pineapple to cake batter and you can find gummy bears to sliced strawberries in the toppings bar. The staff are very sweet and always attentive. I can always rely on this place for a sweet treat for my kids while I'm in the area shopping. This Sweet Frog is just like the others you might visit, but that's a good thing. They always have rotating seasonal flavors as well as traditional ones for a picky eater. There are more than enough toppings to choose from so if you have an eager and hungry kid at your side get ready to wrangle them into not getting all of them. The toppings bar and ice cream area is always clean. The service is always friendly and the seating area is comfortable. Sweet Jesus it's Sweet Frog! Self serve yourself your choice in size of soft serve frozen yogurt. There's a great selection of flavors and sugar free options. I'd say there are about a dozen options of yogurt. A little bit of this.. a little bit of that.. you're in control. The yogurt is healthy until you have to walk past the buffet bar of toppings.. Any healthy concept a cup of frozen yogurt might have goes right out the window.. And let me say - I'M ALL IN! Good thing I have a high metabolism or else I'd be in trouble :) The environment is nice (if you thought you recognized the chairs and pendent lights from IKEA, you're right). The store seems extremely clean. The young wait staff - the people that ring you up because you serve yourself - well.. they're young and making a little bit of money after school and through the summer. Price? About $3-5 a pint depending on how overflowing you cup is with toppings - they charge by weight so remember that when you get to the register. The crowd is mostly young kids. It's become a family tradition to try and go on Sundays with our own 13 year old. I don't feel quite as guilty for letting her eat here verses the full fat ice cream.. My kids love this place - just went on Saturday. They had been bugging me to go. They both had a cup of frozen yogurt with tons of toppings. For both kids it was $4.93. And although I would not personally put Nerds, sour patch kids, raspberry sauce and chocolate chips on mango and cake batter yogurt, my kids were in heaven. I love Sweet Frog. I originally visited a Cherryberry's, but then I found Sweet Frog. It's pretty inexpensive for what you're getting. They also have a nice plenty of sweeter yogurts, tart yogurts, and sorbets (I tend to do original tart and some mango or pomengranate sorbet). The toppings bar always looks fresh and clean, something that concerns me at some do it yourself places. Lots of fresh fruit options like Mango chunks, kiwi, and berries as well as a variety of sauces. I particularly love these little "juice" filled poppers they have. They're kind of like Gushers but with a softer, thinner membrane. Delicious and fun to eat with the yogurt. It's really bright and cheerful inside, too. read more

Sweet Frog Yogurt just opened the doors tonight. We were lucky enough to pass by and be one of the first customers. The place was very clean. We were met at the door by an employee with a smile and a "taste" cup. We are confessed frozen yogurt junkies so this was just what we needed. There are other options for frozen treats in town but Sweet Frog will be our only stop from now on. They had a terrific variety of flavors and over 50 toppings! The staff was top notch and the management was sure to please. This is family friendly environment and terrific idea for school, church or sports team outings. I highly recommend it. read more

Great variety of favors and not so many that it's overwhelming. Toppings galore. Not a lot of seating inside but they have compensated with outdoor seating which is ideal for the summertime crowd. Good frozen yogurt with a good amount of options, but they nickel and dime you by the weight instead of having set sizes. Good if you want a smaller amount, but if you want more be prepared to empty your wallet for some frozen yogurt. Would be less jarring if they had set sizes for the employees to make so that you don't fill your cup and get charged more than $10 because you filled it densely. read more

I LOVE Sweet Frogs! Seriously, I am not a dessert person, but this yogurt is unreal. The original tart--oh, my gosh, you cannot believe how good this is. It's crisp and clean tasting--absolutely the best base for the fresh toppings--and there are a million of them. I love the pound cake, blueberries, and blackberries. I can't even buy blueberries at the grocery store--they are moldy and soft, but Sweet Frogs' fruit is incredibly fresh. You pay by weight, so you can get as little or as much as you like. A really generous serving with plenty of toppings will run you just under five bucks--I think that's pretty reasonable considering the quality. I like that the flavors vary but the original tart is always available at this location. Everyone is very friendly and the line moves quickly. I've been there when it's packed and when it's slow, and the fruit and other toppings are always full and fresh. Don't leave there without trying original tart--don't be be put off by it being "tart"--it's just light and delicious. I mix with the coconut flavor, mmm! read more
