The order was delivered over two hours later. Upon emailing and contacting the store directly I was told my order was "lost". As a business I would expect it, if I didn't order in advance of at least 48 hours being a holiday weekend. That was not the case. Secondly, I was supposed to receive compensation coupon for lost time in the value of $20 that I have not received as of today. In addition to the above, It sounds like an update needs to be done on the ordering system or perhaps it shouldn't offer a direct time for delivery and should say, "We deliver cookies within every hour of our business operation." Moreover, You can't expect people to just sit and wait on a delivery and the way things happen in the economy it is not likable to have things left at a front door without it possibly coming up missing. Last but not least, the young lady I spoke to was nice until the conclusion of the call when I inquired about "convenience."
