Nothing makes my heart sing like a self-serve froyo spot! This Sweet Frog location was absolutely adorable. The service was good and the employees were super friendly. There was a nice variety of frozen dessert options to choose from. My only issue was some confusion around the labeling. Although the place is called Sweet Frog Premium Frozen Yogurt, several flavors were labeled as ice cream. Since I can have frozen yogurt but not ice cream, it made me hesitant to try anything that might contain dairy because I didn't want to risk getting sick. I do appreciate that flavors were clearly labeled if they contained milk, and there were a few non-dairy options available, which was reassuring. read more

Sweet frog definitely has some yummy premium frozen yogurt. The original tart is always a good go-to and consistent. Got to try the cookies and milk flavor and it hit that sweet tooth for me. It's been years since I returned to Sweet Frog, but it was a slight disappointment to see that Sweet Frog has raised their price per weight. When Sweet Frog opened it was fantastic! Though I feel this location has gone downhill since. The tables were a bit rickety and needed a good cleaning, the walls also needed a good cleaning and maybe a new coat of paint. Quite a few of the yogurt flavors needed to be refilled or the dispensing machine appeared to be broken. However, there were sugar-free yogurt alternatives I'd count as a plus for those who need it. The toppings selection was great, but 2-3 of the sauces were out/ almost empty. I feel like with some tweaks this place could be really great again! read more

Amazing dole whip flavors highly recommend. A little expensive but worth it! I recommend sitting outside because the inside is cold.

It's now 8:26, their store hours say 9pm. We seen at least 10 people turned away because these girls closed early. As I was about to pour a scoop of the candy in when I saw a long black HAIR in the spoon. Unfortunately I already poured some in.. When I alerted one of the teenage girls working there, she didn't apologize just said "oh.." and took the spoon away. Then she took the hair out and examined it and showed the other co workers, showed what I think was the boss (even though he looked 18 and the others looked 16) and he shrugged it off like this was normal. I was pretty disgusted and was hoping they'd at least offer me to get different ice cream or free but nope nothing, not even an apology. Pretty disappointed. I came here for a little dessert after getting lunch elsewhere in the strip mall, and was surprised to see how few people were around. The server girls were incredibly courteous with me and allowed me to sample as many of the flavors as I wanted. It was a hard choice between churro and cake batter, but the latter ultimately won out. The cashier even laughed at my corny joke about adding a little granola so I could pretend it was healthy! It was a delightful time overall. I just wish the toppings were a little more clearly labeled. A few appeared to be missing a label, and when it's placed on the utensil, sometimes you can't quite read it depending on how it's laid in the container. But really, that's just a nitpick. read more

The frozen yogurt here is very nice & refreshing. The topping station is pretty clean and the staff here is usually pretty friendly and welcoming. I can't give five stars however because I've been to this location about five times in the last five months and it's never quite clean. And I don't just mean, that there's some stickiness by the frozen yogurt dispensers, I mean the chairs have serious gunk on them if you look at the edges and look at them clearly. The walls don't look like they've been wiped in some time, and the times I've used the bathroom I've been grossed out. It's surprising because the lady who seems like the manager is always so nice and happy to see everyone. I hope they figure this out, because it throws off the experience and lessens the amount of visits we'd make to there. Not sure if that applies behind the counters- because again, thankfully, the toppings station looks fine. I like the place, just don't like the lack of cleanliness. read more

I find this place to be a little on the expensive side. But it is what it is. What is awful is the customer service. When we checked out, the guy behind the counter had a serious lack of enthusiasm. We accidentally left the punch card sit on the counter. We went back into the store to get the card, and the girl had a major attitude. We mentioned that it hadn't been punched, and she gave even more attitude! The guy vouched for the purchase and with major sass, the girl punched the card and we were on our way. All in all, I won't return here anytime quick. read more

We like their frozen yoghurt although it is on the expensive e side. So, why I gave one star? The service. The guy at the counter had absolutely zero friendliness, enthusiasm and emotion. Good place for your frozen yogurt fix. Nice selection of yogurts to choose from. Plenty of toppings, but lacking in fresh fruit. Decor is kind of lousy/creepy; would rather sit outside. Two questions though. First, what exactly separates this frozen yogurt joint from another one? I've yet to go into one of these places and walk out thinking I've had a better/worse experience than at any other frozen yogurt place. They're all eerily the same. From the set-up and quality of the yogurts to the toppings bar to the decor, there's nothing that would set Sweet Frog apart from any other strip mall yogurt place. Second, and it's a biggie for me: Exactly what service is provided here that they feel the need to set up a tip jar? At no point do the staff here do anything to assist the customer. You fill your own cup with yogurt. You scoop your own toppings on from what's available. You place your cup I a scale to be weighed. The staffer then charges you based on weight, and that's the extent of your interaction. Am I supposed to tip her for charging me properly? How am I even supposed to know if she is? Obviously, I can just choose to ignore it, which I happily did, but it just comes across as incredibly petty and greedy to expect a tip for getting my change correct and not calling me names. You're setting the bar pretty low, yogurt people. Anyways, two very average stars for Sweet Frog, for being average in every way possible. Good yogurt. Or is it? How would I even know? read more

Don't come here and think that you're going to put caramel on your ice cream. It's empty. It's already empty. It's empty every day and every night. Come here 5 days in a row and the caramel is empty. Other than that, you still serve yourself ice cream like you always have, so no complaints there. I also miss the white chocolate chips. I might just bring my own toppings next time. read more

We arrived Sunday at 8:15pm after driving from a day at Gettysburg only to find the doors locked and the employees cleaning counters. The sign clearly says they close at 9pm but the employees would not open the door or even make eye contact with us when we knocked on the door. While we sat on the parking lot and while we stood by the door, several other families and couples approached with the same disappointment. Stopped by here after a day at park city mall. It is your typically frozen yogurt shop. For the chain that sweet frog has become, this place keeps up better than most. They were out of small cups though, which was annoying as I have no self control and always fill my cup up no matter what size :) They had graham cracker flavored yogurt which made it so easy to made a smores :) I felt like they could have amped up some of the toppings but the fruit did look fresh. I also appreciated they had the original tart because that is a staple in my book. The only other annoying item was you had to ask for sample cups which always makes me feel weird, idk I just feel awkward. The employees were nice, although just standing around talking when they could have been doing other things, but hey that's just me being picky. read more

Terrible service, I just moved to Lancaster and I saw this place and it looked pretty cute. I got some frozen yogurt today but forgot my card so I said I'd come back for it at a certain time, and she said okay she'll hold it for me. A young girl with blonde hair was cleaning the counters at 8:00PM and I knocked so I can tell her that i was the women who forgot her card and she shooed me away and would glance at me and roll her eyes and reading these reviews I'm not the only one who is upset with the customer service there, and WHY do they close early if they need to stay open until 9:00pm supposedly? The toppings selection was pretty nice - fruits, candies, nuts, etc. Also the ice cream options were okay I think I had a mocha or coffee flavored one. The decor was a little overwhelming to me and my girlfriend, sort of felt like the kids wing of a hospital or something. Also the weird combination of selling ice cream and christian CDs or DVDs was odd and we were there to eat food not deal with religious stuff. I honestly wish everyone would try this shop. Beautiful colors bright green paint white chairs clean tables and lovely bathrooms. The only problem I found that bothered me was that there was no hand sanitizer anywhere to be found from the register to the other end of the food.
