The young staff members work hard, creating the artistry that I've never seen before. They take your order, create it on their frozen counter, and roll up the ice cream. Every roll was smooth, creamy, and the cookies and cream topping was the perfect selection to combine with the coffee ice cream. My toddlers loved swinging and playing in the toy tractor structure until way past dark. Compared to other local creameries in the area, Fox Meadow has the benefit of being open until relatively late. It appears that Fox Meadow Creamery has really expanded its business and now sells wholesale at local grocery stores.
