I've been in 2 other times, today I was greeted loud and proud by Lilyana. I appreciate being acknowledged when I walked in. Lilyana was cleaning the tables, but stopped and asked if I had been here before and if there was anything I wanted to sample. I really appreciate her customer service and outgoingness. The prices are decent, it's always clean, and the staff are wonderful. Sweet Frog holds parties for children and other big groups. I think they also cater. Sweet Frog offer low fat and sugar free options. If you're health conscious, Sweet Frog also make acai bowls. Sweet Frog has a vast selections of toppings, syrups and fresh fruit to add to your frozen treat. I would stay away from their mochi topping. They're so gross! It was like chewing rocky gum! YUCK!!! I wish that all their frozen yogurt were naturally flavored instead of relying on artificial crud. Menchie's Frozen Yogurt use real flavor in their frozen yogurt. The young man with the dreads is the best. He is what makes this experience wholesome. He's sweeter than the Froyo and courteous. The Froyo is pretty good itself a little on the pricey side but it's good. I hope ya are paying that young man well because someone will, he deserves it. read more

The lady working was very friendly and easy conversation! The flavors are 10/10 I struggled picking and I tried most of them! Ended up going with the pineapple upside down which was dole pineapple mixed with cake batter and then threw in a dollop of the pomegranate raspberry I'm a fruity girly! I have been here a few times with my son and this place is amazing! They have a great flavor selection along with a long table of add ons. The staff are friendly, knowledgeable, and always helpful. It has a sweet feel to it and has plenty of tables to sit at with your family. Definitely accommodates a lot of people. I also have to say it's WAY better than the local Menchies or Tutti Frutti. The only gripe I would have and it's more unique for our family than anything else is to have a baby changing station added to the bathrooms. Every time I come in here I feel better, even when I'm in a terrible mood, it's hard to continue feeling evil when all the staff is so bright and kind. My short term memory is trash so I hope I don't spell their names wrong lol it took me a while to recall the names smh. But Daisha (I think I did it right I'll edit it later if I did it wrong) is awesome and such a vibe. Kamryn and Lilyana are also rad and never make me feel bad when I sprint in at the last minute. (I try to be quick!) I've never had any employee feel negative or like they're having a bad day, even though I know every one has a bad day at some point. Lots of kudos to them for still choosing positivity when I'm sure they've probably all had a bad day of their own at some point. I saw a new face today (not sure if she's new or I just never seen her) and she seemed like she's on the same vibe as them which is cool to see.
