Be wary - these guys are dishonest…read more I cancelled a reservation within 20 minutes of making it after a friend became available to take me to the airport. Someone at their office named Kenny sent me an email back within minutes letting me know they had cancelled the reservation and that I would be refunded. When I returned from vacation two weeks later, the refund had not yet processed, so I emailed Kenny at his company email. Mailtrack (an app for Gmail) indicated that Kenny read the email within the hour. No response. I sent another email the next day. Kenny read it within the hour. No response. To this day, the refund has never been processed. Finally had to dispute the transaction with my credit card company.
