I did not know bouquet prices, flower types, or even where to start. Despite how busy they were, the customer service was absolutely exceptional. They took the time to talk with me, walk me through everything, and really listen to the vision I had in mind, even though I could barely explain it myself. Once they stepped in, they completely brought it to life and created the most gorgeous arrangements. What impressed me most was how kind, patient, and attentive everyone was.
