However, at $32-$38 per dozen these are about twice the cost of other cupcakes or desserts. I always do the math and I am not sure Pink Baking is worth twice as much as other cupcake options in the area or other desserts. With all that said, the service was very friendly and I love the decor inside. I am not sure I have met anyone who doesn't think Pink isn't delicious. I really like this place and suggest others give it a try, but it isn't necessarily the most bang for your buck and that is okay.

The rum cakes are moist, and the flavor range is wide, gluten-free included. Usually the owner is there, or someone in the family. They take real pride in the work - and they should - cause it's incredible! The cakes make good gifts, too. Each one gets vacuum-sealed, so it stays fresh for up to six months. If you're one of those folks who say "I usually never have rum cake unless I'm on vacation in the Carribbean"....change that and come here!
