Ventured downtown to give this place a try . It was easy to find parking on the street and walked right in. It smelled absolutely wonderful, it was after 11:00 so there was not a lot left . The cinnamon bun caught my eye , it was enormous. The staff are super friendly and very fast to help you . I took my cinnamon bun to go , figured I'd share it since it was so large. It was perfectly cooked , nicely baked and not a ton of icing. The icing was very pleasant - not annoyingly sweet . The bun had great flavor , just the right amount of cinnamon on it . My first visit to the Jelly Cabinet & I was so impressed! They had a great selection of both sweet and savory treats ranging from scones, to biscuits & cinnamon rolls. For the month of February they even had a few specials on rotation: strawberry biscuits & strawberry Nutella cinnamon rolls. I got the strawberry Nutella cinnamon roll & I must say it was delicious. The roll was layered with strawberry jam and topped with the perfect amount of cream cheese. All while not being overly sweet. Looking forward to coming back and giving the blueberry biscuits a try. read more

What a great little bakery in the Brooklyn Arts District. They had a great combination of savory and sweet options. I got their Cheddar and Garlic biscuit, it was flakey, cheesy and packed with garlicky flavor. The Strawberry Nutella cinnamon was incredibly, it had a great balance to it and was not overly sweet, but just right. Will definitely be back to try out some more of their creations. read more

It wasn't the most inviting as when we walked in it smelled like spoiled milk. There was only 2 displays of pastries, we did get there at 1 but i was underwhelmed by the options.
