We needed 4 ceiling fans installed. I had no true knowledge of the process but thanks to Derek and his team I'm more informed. Derek was patient and gave me advisement based on the photos I sent. With the Pandemic, I was not sure when his team would be able to do the job, but I was in for a pleasant surprise. I called Wednesday and he scheduled for the following day.
