The representative came out, looked at the property, and assured me they could get the work done quickly and would send over a quote shortly. After that -- nothing. No quote, no follow-up, no response. I understand if a company is too busy or simply doesn't want to take on a job. But ghosting customers, especially when they are dealing with city deadlines and potential penalties, is extremely unprofessional. A simple "we're not interested" or "we can't take this on" would have been far more respectful of my time.
