However, I do believe the job and the service itself is 3 stars. Not bad but not amazing. I ended up walking away from this experience just kind of meh but wanted to share my honest thoughts so it'll help others. That being said, there were a couple hiccups that happened along the way. No one contacted me prior to the day of my start date/roof removal. The office manager kind of chucked it as the person who supposed to let me know was out sick. They require someone be home to sign off on the work so not letting me know seemed off.. Not a peep about what time theyll be arriving, what to expect. Etc. Yes, they walk you through this process during quotation but thats about 4 to 6 weeks out before the actual day. They also didnt let me know which day or what time. I had to reach out myself multiple times. The team is quick but I also think their speed leaves them a bit careless. After they were done, I was left with a patched ceiling (beautifully patched but I feel like shouldn't have happened in the first place), kitchen/outdoor light that no longer works, loose recessed lighting,, and plumbing leak. They also let you know and disclose that things may break since theres pressure on the roof. Its in the contract but it highlights loose items and such... but realistically, not electrical going out or plumbing leaks based on what ive learned from others and neighbors. I also had my plumbing inspected and redone in September 2024. Now, im not saying they were at fault and that theyre to blame. It could just be my luck that it happened exactly on the day they were up on my roof after living here over a year. Also, very minor but there were trash left around that my inspector found. They were accomodating on making things right although they started to be a little short with me towards the end. I really considered referring them to other friends who needed their roofing done but not sure if my confidence is there if theyll be spending $$$ for an ok experience.

When it came down to cost, All Service Roofing was a fraction of what the other company quoted. On the day of the repair, Carlos and his team showed up in the timeframe that was agreed upon and started working right away. They uncovered the roof tiles and started the repairs. They worked quickly and efficiently. The whole project took about an hour to complete. What amazed me was amazing to me was that All Service Roofing did the same work as the other company and did a fantastic job at a fraction of the price. Andy was excellent and letting me know to contact him if there was still leaking after the repair and they would go back and re-evaluate. Andy of Golem never told me whether the roof needed to be replaced. It has been 20 years so I reached out and he gave me all the details and said they didn't want to be pushy because a lot of homeowners wanted to get a few more years out of their roof. I appreciate his honesty and also I loved that they were not pushing us to get a new roof even though we needed one.
