Took them about 4 hours. I mainly wanted them to get all the dust bunnies from under the beds but didn't realize how happy I would be with the microwave and refrigerator. I was also out of town with the kids so scheduled something last minute, i.e. I called on Sunday and Lucia wae able to send someone over the next day on Monday. They issued a full refund and offered numerous apologies. They said that they are using this experience to train their staff, and I hope that is true. They also said this experience was a one-off, and based on all the reviews I've seen, I will take them at their word. While my cleaning experience with them was poor, I can appreciate how hard they've worked to make things right. I didn't want or need a full refund, but I'm glad they decided to do the right thing and give that to me. It speaks to the character of the business. While I cannot give their cleaning services anything more than a 1/5 stars, I will say their customer service and response have been 5/5. Truly exemplary. Thank you Ryan, for your customer care.
