On Tuesday I got a call asking if I could change the appoinment to 11:00 am and agreed. I arrived at the office at 10:45 AM because I knew there would be paperwork and I did not want to take more of their time from my appointment. I filled out the paperwork and took exception with them asking me to sign a form stating that they could use my personal info for advertising and marketing. Dr Patel came out and after a bit of back and forth said it would be OK if I did not sign it. Then I was taken back to a room where Stephani went over what would be done, First she would take Xrays, then she would do my cleaning and finally Dr patel would do an exam. The first part went great as Syephani was very bthorough and professional in doing the Xrays. Then Stepahani left and rather than doing my cleaning she returned with Dr Patel. Dr Patel then did a visual exam and started going over very detailed treatment plan options which I thought was professional and agreeable. Next they both left the offce and Stephani said she would return in a few minutes and do my cleaning. Well this is where it fell apart. after sitting in the chair for about 25 minutes I got in the exam room at 11:00 AM ande it was now 12:15, since no one was around I called out and asked if they forgot about me. Dr Patel finally came in the office and when I explained that I was sitting for about 25 minutes and no one seemed to care. She then told me that Stephani was getting the info for me treatment plan, I then told her that I felt I was disrespected and my cleaning was secondary to their getting info on my treatment plan. Dr Patel took exception to this and asked me to leave as she did not want to treat me. I tried to tell her that I had been there for over an hour for what I thought would be a cleaning , Xrays and exam. She then told me she did not like my attitude earlier in the office and she did not want to treat me. I then went to the front office and since they were not going to treat me if I could get the Xrays sent to another office. I was originally told that I would have to go thru my insurance as they were the ones paying for the Xrays. Then the office manager said the would email them to me.I gave them my Email address and left thew office. I then noticed I had been in the office for about 2 hours and no other patients were there or were in the waiting room. Then it made sence as to why they wanted me to change the time of my appointment as it does not seem to be a very busy practice.

I emailed doctor Rossis she was not unapologetic for the severe damage done to my teeth. Now I am suffering from living with damage and paint and cannot eat on the right side of my mouth for years. and I cannot afford to pay to fix the damage she did. food is always stuck here and painful all the time.

Dr. Ferrell knows someone at Fox 29 news. My son was so excited to hear this . They researched his contact information and called me with it this afternoon. SO very nice!!! I told them I do not need an evaluation of any kind, just a cleaning - in and out... Nevertheless, they insisted, saying it's their policy, so I reluctantly requested my current office to send them X-rays, which they did. While in the dental chair, I repeated my request to just get a cleaning - nothing more. However, they insisted on taking the X-rays yet again - I'd guess to just bill my insurance because they could... I was not happy to waste time and get radiated again, but complied. The dental hygienist tried to upsell me while I was in the chair! I may've agreed on some the procedures, which were offered, but the mere fact of pressuring me while I was already in the chair and not asking in advance was appalling. In addition, planned another appointment after the visit, and did not have time for all of that, so I refused. Before the cleaning was completed, the dentist came into the room, and the hygienist promptly stopped the procedure. Again, I said I do not need an evaluation, just the cleaning. Again, they insisted on it. The doctor spent a few min. with me and left. I missed my next appointment and was kind of upset with what took place, but lo and behold, they send me a bill for the doctor's exam! I've had dental insurance for many years, and cleaning was ALWAYS free. Apparently, not in this office. We called a couple of times trying to resolve this issue, but the office manager would basically have just angry monologues, and barely let use speak. So, if you are a sucker for unexpected charges and pressure to upsell while in the dental chair, this office is for you. I will pay the scummy bill, but I will never get even close.

During one visit, my tongue was pinched while anesthesia was administered, leaving it numb for six months -- they had used too much. On another occasion, Dr. Pavel damaged the base of one of my teeth, and I had to see a specialist to repair it. After that, I decided to come here only for cleanings, which were always excellent, but I stopped following their treatment recommendations. The new doctor Dr. Divya, however, is completely different. She only recommends procedures that are truly needed, and her advice has always matched what my second-opinion dentist says. I recently had a crown replaced and had a much better experience -- the result looks natural and not metallic like the ones I got before. I highly recommend this new doctor; she is by far much better than the previous ones.

Turned out 1 was a "rough area" on my tooth that could possibly turn into a cavity & the 2nd was an area between my teeth that would "benefit" having a filling?!! I said I was not going to pay for 2 extra unneeded fillings, so she filled the three. Seemed like a money grab to me & not ethical. I'm looking for a new dental practice.

I still commute two hours to visit them for Dr Marcantonis and they didn't tell me that my appointment was at risk of being cancelled so i drove 2 hours this morning and arrived about to pull into their office and they called to say they couldn't get me a hygienist. When i mentioned i don't feel like a valued patient or that they valued my time and i would be leaving the practice the woman on the phone didn't care and i mentioned that is what she needs to mention to dr Marcantonis.

After asking her to stop and get the actual dentist, he came in and whisked me out the door with a referral to a specialist. Well, I've started treatment with the specialist and it turns out that their readings, while not good, were not nearly as bad as what this hygienist indicated. And yeah, my mouth hurt after her "examination" for maybe 3-4 days. After a deep cleaning at the specialist office, I was sore for maybe 2 days maximum. Dr. Voss did not charge me for the visit, only the xrays she (finally) got with some panoramic type imaging system.
