It was not automated, it was from the owner/operator and we maintained our communication in that text thread throughout the job. The personal touch felt really nice. Furthermore, there were several blemishes and bubbles underneath the tint further indicating the tint had not been placed properly. When we contacted Brandon, he very nicely offered to correct the issue for free. However, after leaving her vehicle for over an hour, the tint looks exactly the same. Although I'd like to believe Brandon and his team tried, the tint looks just as bad as when we brought her car. When we brought it up to Brandon, he seemed apologetic, but was ultimately dismissive of our concerns. In fact, he tried to up charge us for another service. It seems this company puts money first and just forgets about customer satisfaction altogether. It was a waste of our time and a waste of our day. Please do not take your car here. From all of the tint shops I requested quotes from, their price is the best considering they're using 3M tint. The guy who helped me (I guess the owner of the shop) was super nice & explained the different tint % for me.
