That level of communication made me feel very comfortable trusting the team with my new vehicle. The team did a great job with the Paint Protection Film (PPF) installation. I was especially impressed with how Brian handled a warranty clarification afterward. There was some initial confusion regarding the warranty term however Brian addressed it promptly, provided an updated receipt confirming the correct 12-year PPF warranty, and gave me written confirmation of their 12-year workmanship coverage for installation-related issues such as edge lifting, contamination and bubbles. I really appreciated the accountability and willingness to stand behind their work. When you're investing in protecting a new vehicle, the quality of the installation matters, but so does knowing the company will be there if you need them afterward. Lesson learned you truly get what you pay for. This was my third time coming back to Signature Glass Tinting and once again they exceeded my expectations. They have a new location (at least new to me) which it seems they leveled up big time. Ryan and Reese provided outstanding customer service from start to finish. Ryan was knowledgeable, professional and took the time to answer all of my questions without ever making me feel pressured and even got me in sooner than I expected. I went with 20% XPEL XR Black on my 2026 Mercedes AMG GLE 53 to match my car and the tint looks incredible. The color blends almost perfectly with the OEM factory privacy glass giving the vehicle a clean, factory-installed appearance. One thing I really appreciate is their pricing. They were also able to fit me in much sooner than I expected. When I arrived I was impressed by the shop. It's much larger than I thought. Very clean, organized and professional. Luis handled the consultation and estimate walked me through everything and made the process simple with no pressure. I had the rear chrome delete done on my Mercedes GLE 53 and the quality of the work was outstanding. What surprised me most was the pricing it was more competitive than several other shops I looked into especially considering the quality of the finished product. I'll definitely be back to have the rest of the chrome trim done and will be using them for detailing as well. I told them my car, they set a price, it was better than competitors and they were really friendly and chill natured guys... Been about a year since having tint applied at the Huntington Beach location that is no"temporarily…read moreclosed". At first I was very pleased with the work and service provided. About a week after installation and waiting for a few imperfections to "disappear" there were still multiple creases on my front windshield, I figure for what I paid I'd deal with it as they were out of my immediate view. Another month or 2 went by and I noticed the bottom of the tint had started peeling on the front 2 windows. Now i decided to call in and have the windows fixed. I was taken in same day and they replaced the tint on the windshield and front two windows, apologizing and saying they knew what went wrong. I picked the truck up that night and again waited a week before inspecting closely to allow and moisture to dissipate. The windshield is worse off than it was the first time with multiple spots where there is left over tint from the first time under the new tint, the driver and passenger windows were done in the wrong shade and the passenger side was cut so high on the bottom side you can see light coming in under the tint. Not only was the tint installed poorly but something was dripped on my gauge cluster permanently staining it and my center console plastic appears to have been burnt by a torch and the faux leather appears to have had something stuck onto it and ripped off distorting the material. I was told it came with a lifetime guarantee and that if I was ever unhappy to bring it back in and they will fix it...after attempting that once I am scared to bring my truck back to them as basically nothing was fixed and only things were messed up even more the second time.

Instead of telling me to go pound sand, which he legally could have, Danny replaced my tint with another manufacturer's tint and continues to guarantee *his* work. Remember that these lifetime warranties are with the manufacturer, not the installer, so I deeply appreciate Danny honoring his relationship with me as a customer when it mattered most. Thank you!
