Because of time constraints, I was looking for local print shops in Chicago to save me some time making niche trading cards instead of traditional business cards, and I needed A LOT printed. Many shops either ghosted me, or gave a quote that was too expensive for my budget, so I was frantically looking for as many as I could. I found InoPrints, which was ranked No. 1 in the search results, so I decided to request a quote at around 11PM. And let me tell you, they came in CLUTCH. To my surprise, Jovim responded fairly quickly that evening! For the next couple days we were exchanging e-mails back and forth. Jovim was very polite, accommodating and direct on what needed revisions on my card designs, and provided valuable feedback, especially since this was my first time getting my own designs through a print production and there were a lot of things I didn't factor in. So I appreciated his patience as I was trying to do a lot of fixes on my part! Everything was done within the same week: the quote, the production, and delivery were pretty quick. My only concern was the delivery service InoPrints used, which was Roady (I know this part is beyond our control, but the package was delivered to the right address, but the wrong building, and I almost got a heart attack. WHOOPS!) But when I saw the final product in my hands, I was very impressed by the professional quality and material! Can't argue with the price I paid either, because ~$0.44 per card of THIS QUALITY is amazing. I'm just really glad that I found a shop that was quick, reliable, and able to accommodate something very niche like original/custom trading cards. I…read morelove FedEx's Print and Go thing, because it's (generally) pretty simple to use and since my printer hasn't been working no matter how many things I do to it, it's particularly useful. It costs $0.20 if you make sure that you print in black and white (it was color for me before I changed it, but perhaps it's because the document I was printing has a color header). And I love that I can do all of this without interacting with anyone. This is a much smaller location than I've ever been in but they do the major things like print, fax, ship. It's adjoining a Starbucks so you can get your caffeine fix.

This UPS Store was very helpful during my visit here. I was staying at the Palmer House and this…read morejust happened to be street level, convenience was key here. When I showed up I had several packages waiting for me since I was in town for work. When I came downstairs I was able to confirm that all my packages had arrived and see if I could get them delivered to the floor. The staff were on it and within the half hour they were up to the floor where we were to setup. When they delivered they also let us know what we would need to do when it was time to send them back. Time came to send our packages back to where they came from. I checked multiple times to ensure when they were open. When the time came we went downstairs to have them come pick them up we actually were given a cart to bring them down. Good thing about having an account with UPS all you have to do is create your labels and they will print them in store and affix them to your boxes. Once we got downstairs, we dropped the boxes, chatted with the staff and were on our way. It was pretty simple and the hours were convenient for guests staying/working at the hotel.

Today I needed a dozen sets in excess of 100 pages and they will have them printed bound and shipped for me this afternoon. I was in recently and they were wrapping a food truck. Disaster ! my wife left a package of a valuable item to be shipped to California for appraisal…read more Shipped 2 day air for $64. After 2 days the shipper (UPS) had no record of it ever leaving the store ! Went back to store to talk to manager. He said he repacked the item because he over heard my wife say that there was a valuable item in it. The item was very securely packed the day it was left at the store. We gave him no permission to repack it. It could not be insured as we had no appraisal of the item. We reported the loss / theft to UPS corporate. They are in the process of their investigation.

Mail Delivery may be slower than USPS (in by 10 am) as you have to wait for it to be delivered (add transit time from USPS to UPS). At UPS, CUSTOMER SERVICE is priceless!
