Leo helped us change our locks back in May when we purchased our home. He was very quick and efficient. He came to our house within the same day I called and worked with our hectic moving schedule. He was able to set all the locks so they worked with one key. After a couple months of being moved into our home, our front door lock broke. I called, Leo and he came by the house on the same day, analyzed the lock and said we had a "smart key" lock that apparently is cheap and breaks often. He recommended replacing it but he fixed the door temporarily (at no charge) until we could we could buy a new door knob for the front door. Apparently my car has a remote start which I excitedly discovered this morning... all was well until I left the keys in my car to run back into my house to grab something... needless to say my keyless remote excitement faded quickly as I realized I am now locked out of my car, with my car running!! I called about 7 places to get a key made for my employees company car which had broken from the key fob combo. I called Swift Locksmith and the call was to the point and friendly. I told him the year and make of the car and where it was in Rancho Cordova, CA and he gave me an instant quote for a cut key that was programmed for the car so it would start. Let me tell you, instant quotes are NOT the norm in the key business. Usually the person wants $ to even come out, then they quote you some insane price and since you waited an hr and then have them there you feel pressured to waste some gross amount of money. I stupidly locked my keys in my car because I prioritized the bucket of chicken and my handbag. That was my fault, and I admit to that. We had an emergency late on a Saturday evening when our interior bedroom door somehow became "locked". I called Swift Locksmith, and the owner answered the phone immediately. He arrived exactly in the time frame promised, and had the situation dealt with in less than 20 minutes. As it turned out, the door wasn't locked - the latching mechanism broke inside the lock, causing it not to be able to be opened. Leo diagnosed this and got the door open in an expeditious fashion. Swift is right!!! After locking myself out of a room in the house and not being able to pick it myself I called Leo. He drove right over, got to work and my door was opened in a flash.
