Called last week, got a price for what I needed. Called a few days later after shopping around, asked for a quote again, they gave me the exact same quote. I asked for some additional services, they gave me that price. I asked if they'd be available that night, they said yes between 5 and 7pm. I recently locked my keys in the car. I called AAA and was told it would be an hour. As I was standing next to my car waiting for AAA, a guy came by, asked if I locked my keys in the car and when I said yes, he offered to open the car free of charge. When I offered to pay, he declined, gave me his card and said please give me a good Yelp review. I was happy to do so. I got my car towed and when I got to the pound the keys were missing with me I had left them on my counter, but I couldnt find them when my uncle called. So, the locksmith was nice enough to make a key that worked and boom like magic the car opened and I was able to get the master key out of the box so I can drive the car back home. He quickly diagnosed the issue and determined that the copy of the key I had was not cut correctly which made unlocking the door a real hassle.
