I had a vehicle in a paid parking area with the appropriate sticker on the vehicle. 1st when I called the dude was so RUDE and all he wanted to do was argue! it cost me over $500.00 to get it back, when I was able to meet with them (on their schedule) and got my vehicle from their yard, the vehicle had been gone through and things went missing, There was also damage to the front. When I asked about it they said it was there you could see it was fresh chunks taken off the fender. I also had to have the vehicle towed back home. read more

They park on mission blvd and tow from a company that has a sign in a incognito position that simple states patron parking only. He picked up my vehicle and moved to the side to make it viewable. When you come to discuss he gets you for 140.00 in "drop fees". This is requested only. In cash and no receipt is given even if requested. While I was parked checking for damage on vehicle he had already pulled this on another mother with three children. Its a shame the city allows. read more

I waited for this company to arrive within an hour and a half as promised. I called at 10:34a and still no one came out. I received a call from the driver at 10:47a and he mentioned something about a breakdown but it wasn't his truck. THEN WHY AREN'T YOU AT MY PLACE? That makes no sense at all! A truck that isn't dispatched should be going there instead. Anyway, I canceled and had someone else come out. Branding with the name SWIFT is a bunch of BS. USAA roadside assistance referred me to this company last night, and I had one of the worst experiences ever with them. It took over an hour for them to send someone to help me, and when they arrived, they made me feel guilty for needing help. The driver appeared to be under the influence, and kept repeating that he had to "pay out of pocket" for the gas can that he brought. Shouldn't you already have one being that you are a roadside company? He then forced me to drive to an atm to pay him, without presenting me a bill for the service. Am I supposed to blindly hand over $ to a stranger? He called his supervisor and everyone behaved as if I was asking the world when all I wanted was a proof of purchase receipt. The supervisor was extremely rude and refused to give me one, asking what I was paying and saying he would send a receipt later. Last time I checked, that is not how this works. I felt extremely uncomfortable, taken advantage of, and can't believe that this company is still in business. Beware! read more

The company then lied to my insurance company and stated that I called the service it went from 45 minutes to tow to 5 hours. They are horrible and my insurance is also not going to work with them do to these errors. read more
