Every time we order from this place they are out of something. Drinks that are supposed to have coconut cream, we NEVER get it. No matter what drink we get that is supposed to have coconut cream it never has it. I got the strawberry boujee and it didn't have the lemonade, lime, or strawberry puree. The service here is terrible! We decided to walk in because the drive through was long. My party of 6 waited 30 min to get our last drink. The drive through was very efficient. It obviously was the priority. We regretted not just going in the drive through. On top of that. My drink was a bad ratio. I got the 32 oz raspberry dream. It just tasted like Dr Pepper. I added lime and they gave me one sm slice which I couldn't taste. They didn't put enough raspberry puree and I couldn't taste the coconut. It was a waste of my time! read more

Second time ever in Utah, first time visiting a Swig. I wish the lobby had been open. I viewed their extensive menu online so was able to arrive as an informed customer. But if I had been able to see advertisements and the full listing on the wall of the shop inside, it might have been a more impactful experience. The employee who took my order at the drive thru was incredibly friendly, though, and I didn't have to wait long for my order. I got a dirty diet Dr. Pepper, which was Dr. Pepper + vanilla + coconut. I love diet soda, and it sure was fun to have a super large, sturdy styrofoam cup from which to drink the rest of the night. How I wanted to love this little soda shop. Unfortunately the lobby was closed so had to do drive thru and with such a large menu, this made ordering a challenge. The frosted sugar cookie was awesome, better then crumble! The soda however, just weird. I had the Waikiki as they said that was their most popular. Coconut Cream and pineapple in a coke. Tried a drink from Swig's Bountiful location a few years ago and really liked it but we don't live very close to any of their locations (hint hint). When I saw they have a Swig in Logan on Yelp I made a point to visit while in town. The bad first, the line was super long. So I parked with the intention of ordering inside. Got to the door and there was a sign that the lobby is currently closed. So I got back in my car and drove around to get back in line, which was now two cars longer (oh man!). There was only one girl outside taking orders so the line moved super slow. I almost left because I was worried I would be late to an appointment. I ended up waiting and was 5 mins late to my appointment (but brought them some cookies to make up for it). Now the good, they got our order perfect (which I guess for some Logan drink joints is a problem). We got a couple drinks and one of each cookie to try. The chocolate chip coconut cookie was good and that's saying a lot because I don't love coconut. The PB & chocolate cookie was good but we like Twisted Sugar's PB Nutella one better. The sugar and chocolate chip cookies were also good but not any better or worse than other places. But the chocolate cookie with chocolate icing was amazing! Reminded me of a cookie my neighbor's mom used to make when I was little--I'd go back for that one. read more

The product of swig is solid. BUT, unfortunately, the execution of delivering what you order is not only poor but EXCEPTIONALLY POOR. I always go to a different soda shop. However, I bought a swig fundraiser card and decided to give it a go. After 5 visits, only one time was my order correct. Once. I wasn't ordering anything custom. I wasn't getting fancy. I ordered from the menu. Occasionally I would get sparkling instead of regular water which is an option. Syrup was used instead of purée, limes were forgotten, water was used instead of sparkling when the drink is only made with sparkling water, coconut cream was forgotten. Today I asked for two Berry Nice drinks. The girl had to do it three times because she forgot to put syrup in (yes I literally got sparkling water with lime) or forgot to put limes in one, etc etc. I felt like I have given it a good try. I love swig! You can never go wrong with a Dirty Dr. Pepper or Texas tab. Those two are my favorite! You can also customize the drinks. BUT! You must get a dirt-ball cookie. It is chocolate with chocolate frosting. Yum! But the Chocolate Chip, and coconut cookie are also on my top. So...basically all I'm saying is get a cookie. You won't regret it!! The food was OK... but we had to order outside At the drive up Booth...with a girl that was sitting in 93° heat taking our order. She was sitting outside of the order booth that had air-conditioning. It was very disturbing that they're too cheap to pay for the air conditioning in that tiny booth and having her sit outside in the heat with all the exhaust fumes going next to her making it even hotter. Drinks are always great, but when we got to the drive thru there was only one car ahead of us. We waited for 6 minutes in the drive thru for the worker to flirt with a car of boys in front of us and then proceeded to text on her phone once we got to the window and told us to hold on. Love Swig. Great drinks, and always very friendly and helpful staff. Even when their line is long, it moves very quickly and the drink is worth the wait. The only thing I was ever disappointed in was the sugar cookie, it was kind of dry and flavourless, but it might just be my personal preference. read more

I was definitely given a look of disgust by the girls working when I came in wearing shorts and tank top, clearly did not meet their "modesty" standards. Alright I'm torn between 1 or 5 stars . I did NOT understand what the reviver drink was....literally two red bulls. Its inferred it's some sort of "revival" so I assumed some sort of energy drink but I didnt think itd be TWO RED BULLS. It was so nasty. So so nasty. But I also hate red bulls. BUT it did its freaking job. I am so wired right now, my eyes are wigging out, my hands are shaking, my heart beat is usually 60 bpm, and right now it's going about 95 bpm, I checked. I still drank it because I was thirsty but I wish I hadn't. Feeling like I'm gonna throw up. I gave it 5 stars because it did its job, but holy shit. Good job guys. read more

I went to swig and my phone was dead and the line was really long. When the worker came up to the window, she did not greet me or even say hello. I asked her if I could see a menu and she said that I would have to look on my phone. I told her it was dead so I asked her if she could come back and take my order when I got to the sign closer to the front. She rudely told me no and that would hold up the line a ruin the system. Why don't they have menus you can look at from your car? She was rude impatient so I ended up leaving and going to chugz. read more

i went to this swig with my girlfriend. i ordered an unlucky ducky. the only reason i ordered this drink is because it had a gummy shark in it. when i received my drink, i saw no gummy shark floating. hope faded and despair flooded in as i slowly got closer to the bottom of the cup. as the pain of 1000000 legos to a foot, i was devastated to see no gummy shark in my drink. words cannot describe the agony and distress i felt for the next 20 minutes. i ate like 6 spicy pringles (like really freaking spicy) to drown my sorrows and spent the next precious minutes of my life nearly deceased. when that wore off, nothing but the warm embrace of my sweet girlfriend could comfort me. i will be specifically requesting a 44 ounce cup of gummy sharks next time and if i receive anything less then 43 ounces of pure sweet delicious gummy sharks, i will never be coming back. oh, and they put water in my girlfriends drink instead of soda. We have loved to go to swig for many years in bountiful. We went to the Logan swig hoping for a similar experience. Really expensive and really poor service. I had earned a free drink on a stamp card but they refused to honor it! These little drink shops are a fun novelty, but I see swig as being one of the first to phase out. read more
