They have a slightly better beer selection than the state liquor store by the Newgate Mall but the parking and early closing time isn't worth the better selection. I long for a consistent selection of beverages regardless which store you shop at and the stores all having the same hours of operation. Some beverages cannot be purchased at any of the Ogden stores and you will need to drive to a Salt Lake City store to buy it.

Regardless, I still find myself here often to grab a bottle of Jim, a few "real" beers, or a decent bottle of wine. They're always pretty fast to get you checked out and on your way. No real complaints. No real compliments. Just a small liquor store doing its job in a mediocre fashion. If you're looking for a 'bargain' sometimes they sell discontinued items near the front of the store on the south side. Sometimes it's a good deal. Sometimes it's just advertisement.
