He was very helpful on what class would best serve us and our daughter. After several months she can't do the back float for as long as they'd like in order to progress her to anything else, but the program is completely linear, so if your kid can't back float independently for a long time, then they won't teach them to do anything else. It is a busy, loud, revolving door of kids coming in and out, and they move right to the next kid when yours gets out of the water, so there's not really time to talk to the teacher about what they will try differently next time. Trying to call the office is no use unfortunately. I've never gotten through. I wouldn't recommend this program for kids who need a tailored approach or who are nervous in the water. Maybe if your kid is already a great swimmer.

As Coach Andy always says, those early lessons are as much for the parents as they are for the child, teaching you how to safely and confidently handle your little one in the water. His guidance made us feel comfortable every step of the way! By the second year, we transitioned to individual lessons, and now we do them exclusively.
