There's many classes & events to attend, lots of friends I've met here over the years & the staff are great & friendly. The membership is higher than most gyms but come take a tour here & you'll see why it's worth it.

They need this extra earnings coming to stay in business." New class Supposed to be signature membership, now saying big increase $$$ in classes. Starts in May! Signature for a trial period than $$$. GTX format with a new name! Basically, Someone yelling at you on a pilates machine with music. Still better than competition, but you are really paying for it and soon it will just like them. SPIN is the only real core cardio that all ages can do and they cancel it. Poor quality "healthy food" cheese wiz on stale chips. 5 day old broiled chicken on premade salad from days before. Food $$$ & no outside food or drink allowed. Shakes taste a 5 on a scale of 1-10. After taste that keeps you from finishing the whole shake. Each shake $11- $15 Staff is nice, but limited in helping you. Price is set. Memberships very complicated. There really is no "you can go to any gym if you work aboard." each gym has specific benefits. If it doesn't match up boom not allowed. For example: NY has 14 gyms that do not allow you to go. Period! Membership offers a "all gyms" with hike up in $$$. So you pay extra for nothing. Look on line and it shows you how few gyms are interchangeable. Hot tubs need updating. Water is low so it hits you below chest with only 3 jets in the entire tub aimed at your back. Just like a motel would have.

My son…read moreworked for them during 2 summers while they were contracted by Hunt Military Communities to manage pools on military installations. The hiring process was chaotic each time, with training requirements constantly changing depending on who he spoke with. He dealt with numerous employees each summer, and despite completing all requirements, his paycheck was withheld due to claims that he hadn't. It took over a month of persistent calls to get his certification properly uploaded. At the start of the 2024 season, the pool was at risk of not opening due to lifeguard certification issues. Shockingly, the company suggested forging certifications--an alarming practice, especially considering these certifications involve life-saving responsibilities. The clock-in/out app was unreliable, making it impossible to accurately track hours worked. Furthermore, USA Mgmt failed to update their insurance documentation, leading to the contract holder withholding payment, which caused the pool to close for several days. Instead of taking responsibility, USA Mgmt blamed the contract holder for non-payment, while the lifeguards, including my son, went nearly a month without pay. My son's last day of work was 7/27/24, and as of 9/4/24, he still hasn't received 2 paychecks. After repeated calls and follow-ups with a manager named Morris, I eventually sent a certified letter to their accounting dept. I was told 2.5 weeks ago that his checks were sent. When I asked when, I was not given a date and Morris blamed the USPS for checks taking a month or longer to be delivered. I was told again today they were sent and I asked when. He said today and did not have an explanation why he previously told me they were sent. This company's failure to pay minors on time, coupled with their illegal practices and indifferent attitude, is unacceptable. My son isn't the only one facing these issues--his fellow lifeguards have experienced similar frustrations. I am disgusted by their behavior and will be filing a formal complaint with the government to ensure these issues are addressed.

My son also lifeguarded all summer and was paid partially and sporadically. First they said they…read moredidn't have his address to mail the check and excuses went on from there. He never got access to the payroll system. We're filing a claim with the Dept of Labor.

She started at the Trigger Fish level, advanced to Sea Lions, and just recently graduated to Manta Rays. The academy's structured approach--requiring specific skills to be mastered at each stage--has clearly paid off. She's athletic and attentive, and the instructors have done a fantastic job channeling those strengths into steady improvement. Each level seems to take her about 5-6 weeks to complete, which speaks volumes about both her effort and the academy's teaching methods. With only two levels left after Manta Rays, she's well on her way to being ready for our HOA's competitive summer swim team, which runs six intense weeks with six tournaments. The difference in her confidence and ability in the water is easy to see. Honestly, I may not be able to swim away from her when she chases me in the pool next summer! Watching her master the different strokes has been exciting, and I'm grateful for the academy's clear progression system and supportive environment. Atlanta Swim Academy has been a wonderful investment in her growth, and I highly recommend it to any family looking to build strong swimming skills in a fun, structured way.

With the hot days this summer, it was the best activity for them to stay cool while having fun and exercising. The staff were great and had good customer service. There were two life guards on duty to keep the kids safe while in the water. Check them out. You will not be disappointed!
