We ordered three combo meals, but one order of fries was missing. Since everything was packed into one small paper bag, we didn't notice until we were already seated outside and had started eating. When we went back to let them know, instead of simply replacing the missing fries, we were asked to gather all of our food, repack everything into the bag and bring it back so they could check the contents. It was hot and windy so having to pack everything up again was inconvenient and a bit upsetting I understand that they may have wanted to verify the missing item but it was not the most customer-friendly way to handle the situation, especially since we were still dining on-site.
