After waiting a couple of times for over 40 min I started booking the first appt of the day to avoid that issue. I still was typically taken back up to 10 min past my appt time...how are you backed up when I am the first mammogram after opening? On this most recent visit, my appointment was in the first hour they were open and I was taken back almost 20 min after my appointment and I wasn't in the mammogram room until 40 min after my appointment! How are you that off schedule in the first hour? The techs are generally nice, but human contact in this office is minimal. Big signs warn you basically to not talk to the receptionist, the online checkin system asks you for the same information you have already given both in the preregistration call and in your patient history if you are a prior patient so it saves ZERO time at registration and from what I can tell renders the preregistration call utterly worthless. Literally only 2 people talked to me the entire time I was in the office and I got more information about how the lockers worked than during the exam. During the exam, the tech was nice but seemed to be operating on a need to know basis only and instead of telling me broadly what was going on gave instructions only on what I should do next (like step this way, not like what was going on) and got upset when I tensed up even though they had never said "its important you stay relaxed". Even though it was not my first mammogram it was like flying blind. Mammograms are unpleasant enough without adding in all of this frustration. And this office has been steadily getting worse now over the years so I will be going elsewhere in the future.

From start to finish the surgeon & staff members in all areas gave me maximum help & support every step of the way. Each one was noticeably proficient in their role & showed the patient concern, kindness, & respect. The care team worked in harmony with excellent results. The icing on the cake is their extended business hours, and competitive pricing - which all patients or caregivers should strive to be aware of. How convenient, I would have cancelled on Friday without any penalties. Had I known and atleast would have thought the their customer service is better than it was. Shady. There were mistakes in pre-populated info that I wasn't able to fix to complete the registration. They also asked questions that I thought that my physician should have answered, because I didn't know the answer. Any way, I filled out 3/4 of the forms on line, but that didn't matter, because I had to fill them out again when I arrived. Plan 20 minutes to fill out forms. The nurse was professional, friendly, thoughtful and knowledgable. She carefully explained the procedure and what to expect. The tech was efficient and helpful. The offices are immaculate (I think they just moved into the facility). The scanning equipment (seems to be) state of the art. The scans were completed in the promised amount of time and I was allowed to leave. I think they send results to my physician. I guess I should have asked, but it would have been nice if they told me. Minor suggestions, they could provide more reading material for waiting (or tell me to bring my own). Some art on the walls would also be a nice distraction. And coffee/water for waiting family members would be nice. All in all, they get the important part right.

When I called Customer Service I did not have to wait. I explained my problem with outdated testing…read moresupplies. I was told my Glucose Meter is not manufactured anymore. Representative said that's probably the reason I have trouble getting my test strips. They have a new meter (see my photo). I already had all of my information in their system when I registered my old meter. They always gave me great service by phone and mail. Once again I was quickly provided with a new meter. It arrived in the mail in record time. The meter and 50 test strips were free. They have a very easy ordering service for additional test strips. The cost of the strips is so reasonable I may just pay out of pocket so I don't have to deal with prescription and insurance billing with deductibles. One thing that will be to Roches detriment is my desire to eliminate Finger Pricks. I'm looking into Continuous Glucose Monitors that work using an app and your phone. Medicare will cover these Monitors. Maybe Roche makes one. I'm not sure. All things considered I probably should get a new phone first! Until then I'm very happy and always have been happy using Roche Diagnostics Medical Supplies and Services. It's great to have the peace of mind that I have a back up meter in case mine acts up or dies.

Second my test result gave negative when the PCR was twice positive. I came to the conclusion that only PCR test performed by a laboratory is the valid one. Do not waste your time! I won't recommend them.
