The doctor ran by us in the lobby like a blur. So he already had 5 patients waiting, who knows how long. I do not recommend this doctors office.

The issue is I am asking for blood work (to track an already existing condition, ei-- nothing new to discuss) in addition to the two topics they allow per appointment. The only two issues per visit policy doesn't bother me, its that lab requests to monitor an existing condition are very quick and shouldn't even require a visit at all. The office hours are not convient for working families, only open til noon on fridays, 2pm Tues, Thurs, and 5pm mon and wed. They are also very poor at following up after an appointment, which is a true pity because Dr. Fisher has a fabulous bedside manner. Dr. Fisher is very understanding, helpful and cares for his patients. If only it wasn't impossible to get an appointment. My sincerest hope is that they see this review and reconsider their office staff, because it is very sad that such an awesome Doctor has such a pathetic office staff. If he does my family will be back!!

It was suggested to fill out the required forms online, which was a good option. After doing so, you are given your confirmed appointment time along with a QR code to checkin once you arrive. There is a large free parking area adjacent to the building. Upon arriving, at the entrance of the building and office suite, there was information in regards to masks requirements and maintaining proper social distancing. One word of caution, there is only one elevator available and given the current health crisis, I suggest, if you are physically able, to use the stairs, which are located around the corner on the left. Otherwise, the elevator is extremely slow and I suggest getting there early to have enough time to use it safely. Upon entering the suite, there was a notice that only 4 people can be in the office at a time. There were 2 checkin kiosks and I used the QR code sent to my phone to check in. There were a couple of seats that were apart and hand sanitizer was available to use at the kiosks. The staff behind the portions called us to complete the registration process. When going to the back to have the services performed, there were notices to have on your required masks and that after every procedure, the area was cleaned before the next appointment. The staff were pleasant and my experience here was good and I felt comfortable getting my procedure done.

I have a stomach condition thats never gotten more than 10 minutes and a new pill. Now I have a different eating schedule and meal plan to wean me off my prescriptions. She even called pharmacies to make sure they had my meds.
