(I guess you get what you pay for) It was so difficult to get anyone on the phone or obtain any quotes online. It was starting to get very frustrating, but thankfully I came across Hee Lang with Farmers. Hee Lang got back to me right away and was so detailed and thorough with his follow ups. He really walked me through each policy helping me to understand exactly what each of the coverages meant. I was thankful that there are people out there who still value customer service. In the end Farmers was more expensive, but knowing that I would have an actual physical agent that I can call and help me with my policies (I think) is worth it.
