TERRIBLE customer service. I have never been spoken to by someone who claimed by the the owner of the company! This company installed my Rachio sprinkler system back in 2023 which cost me over $1000 and have since come out twice to do repairs on my sprinkler heads due to an armadillo being in the yard. But when they last came out to fix a sprinkler head that was popped up they didn't run a full diagnostic on my entire system and wanted to charge me another labor fee of $175 / hour. I got a "discount" at $125 / hour because the technician was there for 14 minutes (by my ring doorbell calculations) but the "owner" went back and forth with me on the minutes of which he said the service took place. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND this company to anyone and I am telling all the people who referred me to switch companies. Bad business. read more

We've had them come out a few times for various issues with the older irrigation system we have. They have always showed up on time, been kind, explained what they did or what they need to do to solve a problem, and what they cost will likely be. They are also easy to call and nice on the phone! OMGosh! I can't say enough great things about Dripping Irrigation and especially the irrigation technician, Ray Cude. He came out, was prompt and he professionally diagnosed our non-functioning station 3 and helped us locate station 1. He also went around with his super wand and helped us find all of our regulator valve boxes or valve pits as we call them. Anyway, some of the pits we have NEVER seen since we moved in three years ago. Ray also let us know that we have movable water pressure issues related to a regulator. Carl did a fantastic job helping us disconnect portions of our current sprinkler system before we added a concrete driveway over part of it, with work before and after the driveway was poured so that our system was easy to reconnect without any disturbances in watering. He told me what I needed to have done before and when the concrete was poured, and he explained what would be done after the driveway was finished.
