No problem we looked for an alternative route. The alternative route was also closed. At this point I called to cancel our cabin rental. The lady informed us we could not cancel. She said, "if it wasn't Memorial Day weekend we could cancel." Keep in mind it was pouring that day and the previous days as well. The rain was the reason the road was closed. Highly unlikely this cabin would have had anyone on such a rainy weekend/week. Her answer was to give us directions over the phone which she admitted she wasn't positive about. I also suspect she knew the road was close given the fact it was very close to the campground. A warning would have been nice. In the end she kept $75. However she lost two customers that planned to visit regularly for years to come. Avoid this campground and check out a state park instead.
