A few years ago, I injured my back by bending and twisting down abruptly (without weight or load) and could not work for a few days and would have pain and spasms for weeks. I eventually tried massage therapy, which only offered temporary relief, before being introduced to Dr. Sahota, whom introduced me to chiropractic care. These guys are perfect. I blew my back out about five (5) years ago (1 herniation and 2 bulged disks). I was told I would need surgery.
