My daughter and I were in town from Chino Hills California, Los Angeles area. It was an 8 hour drive so we both needed a good adjustment. We happened to find this joint not too far from our hotel so we stopped by and met Dr. Walid Felahy. Let me start by saying he was amazing! He took his time, assessing both of us and giving us very thorough adjustments which loosened us up both greatly after the long drive. My daughter plays softball and she was very stiff from three games that day as well. We both left feeling loose and rejuvenated. He was a very nice guy as well and we wish we could have him at the joint by our house. Today was special because I brought my mini-me in for her very first chiropractic adjustment. She's a competitive gymnast who trains four hours a day for at least four days a week. She's had an issue in her lower back for the last few weeks and we've tried all the various modalities on it but she could not find relief. I figured there was no better time than now for her to check out The Joint. Christine was her usual sweet and welcoming self which really helped to put my daughter at ease. The registration paperwork was quicker than I remembered, which was nice. Dr Mack was as also wonderful with my little one. It was a very educational visit for her and a fantastic introduction to the benefits of chiropractic care. Dr B is the best. He listened to me and was very good at his job of explaining to me the process he was treating me with very communicative and professional. However the front desk person is a jerk and that is putting it lightly. The front desk person should realize that they are not doing g me a service as they are not the treating doctor. And I am the client or patient however it is looked at. The front desk person who does nothing for anyone due to their arrogance and rudeness has no effect on my overall health. If thie fro t desk person was not the first person you greet when you walk I the door this place would be booming. The Sr B is awesome. However when the email says to be there ten minutes early 0950 hrs I was there at the door and it was locked. I questioned this and the desk person said oh well we open at 10. That's what our hours says. I explained what the email said to me and the desk person still kind of treated me as it was my fault I was doing what the email specifically said. I Went to cancel my subscription as I am moving out of state , and to a place that doesn't have a location and attempted to cancel via the phone. The worker at the desk told me I had to cancel in person. When I told them I was already in the other location that told me,"oh you should have thought about that prior to leaving now shouldn't you?" I get having the form to close but the comment was very unnecessary. When I asked for a corporate number or someone to talk to I was told that he could not give it to me, I asked for his name and he also wouldn't share. I would be very cautious in taking your business to here if this is how they treat unexpected life changes. read more

I had such a great experience here tonight, and so far, feel very thankful to have found The Joint. The receptionist, Christine, is absolutely wonderful and pleasant. Her customer service is incredible and she was such a joy. She was able to get the new patient process going pretty quickly and was very thorough and kind. There was no wait for me to see Dr. T, and I just walked in. He was very nice and professional and was able to adjust and align me very quick. He targeted all of the areas I so desperately needed after not having gone to see my old chiropractor since I've moved. Although the adjustment was quick, it was very thorough, and a solid 10/10. NEVER SIGN UP FOR MONTHLY PLAN* JUST PAY AS YOU GO it was a bad experience but the adjustment itself (what one comes in for) was an average adjustment you could get from any chiropractor. Was super happy they were open on Sunday and that was the only reason for visiting this location. Working with chiropractors my whole life I know, the second there is a pinched nerve to get the muscles loosen with body work and get into a chiropractor right after and that's what happened. 3 stars because they push the monthly plan and then seemed irritated when you only want to pay for the adjustment you've received. Left a bad taste in my mouth leaving and that's never what you want to do with clients. read more

I love this place and glad I have the option to get an adjustment any day of the week within a few miles of home, work, or when traveling. I am always the most glad to be at my "home" location in the Nugget Plaza when I get to see their kind and very helpful coordinator, Rooma! She always makes me feel so welcome and helps me whenever I have questions about my membership, or need receipts for my FSA. It's rare to find someone who is so good at managing a busy office with patience, quick support, and a smile. Dr. Mack is was the reason I committed for an entire year - has helped me a lot as I adjust to working from home full-time. He takes extra time when I've got problem areas, and he is great at giving suggestions for stretches that help me keep alignment between visits. Worst customer service ever. Receptionist and management make excuses for the poor service. The chiropractors themselves have always been great, but when you have front office that are just plain rude and don't know what it means to provide good customer service, it defeats the purpose of seeing a chiro- as you'll leave more tense than when first coming in. I am feeling much better thanks to Dr. Mack and Dr. Tsurumoto. I've had numbness for over a year in my left thigh and calf. I thought it was related to playing 18 holes of golf 2 days in a row which my body wasn't used to. Well, these fantastic chiropractors explained it was a pinched nerve in my lower back. My leg is almost feeling normal and less discomfort. Christine at the front desk, welcomes you, juggles multiple tasks and still has time to speak with me. Went in to get an initial adjustment and sign up for a plan and let Jason Mack know that after I need a doctors note for a standing desk because I have severe back pain and sitting all day at my new job is really taking a toll on me. He told me if I wanted a note to go call someone else who will write it for me and walked away abruptly. Completely ignoring the rest of my questions. He was very unprofessional and made me feel uncomfortable. Even the girl at the front desk was thrown off by the way he was talking to me. Started going here cause I was referred. They were decent for what u pay. However, the customer service was terrible. The lady who signed me up was nice and always welcoming.. however I was automatically charged for a month on a card that took money out of bills I had due. After being told by 2 others that when/if I wanted to renew a second month I could the following week. When calling to figure out how/if I could have charges reversed the receptionist Tianna had a disgusting attitude that should not be tolerated in customer service. I WORK in customer service and know that even if there is nothing that.can be done, you stay kind and respectful to the customer. Thankfully the receptionist who initially signed me up called me and resolved the whole issue. Refunded me. And apologized for the inconveniences. read more

This morning, I woke up with the worst pain in my life; my neck and shoulders were extremely sore and stiff. Unfortunately the chiropractor that I normally see does not work on Sundays; bummer! So, I researched chiropractors on Yelp that work on Sundays and this is one of the places that works Monday through Sundays so I called them. I got through to a person and told the person on the phone that I was having a lot of shoulder and neck pain and I wanted an adjustment. She originally asked me if I was available for today and I told her yes, I was available any time today. She then told me that they had their regular patients for today and could not fit me in the schedule. I explained to her that I have my regular chiropractor but he doesn't work on Sundays. She told it would be a better idea if I saw him instead since they don't know my regular medical history with getting chiropractor adjustments; all I really needed was an adjustment!! I was really disappointed with this response. I went to a day spa instead and got a full body massage but unfortunately I still have a lot of my pain in my neck and shoulders. I'm glad that they have happy and loyal clients but I really wish they could have been a little more sympathetic to my situation. read more

I had this terrible jaw pain from TMJ that I had off and on for many years but it was getting worse and I tried everything my doctors told me including a class on TMJ and still had pain and clicking in my jaw. I thought I would give the Joint chiropractic a try and I am glad I did. My jaw is about 98% better and it is such a relief. It took about 6 months of Chiropractic adjustments to get where I am at today. I look forward to my weekly visits and it is so affordable compared to other chiropractors and my back and neck feel better too. I try and see the same Chiropractor Dr Mack every week on Tuesday because he knows my issues best and does a great job. I tried calling this location twice on separate days, left a voice message both times. I get a text message stating reply to this text for a faster response (which I did both times). No response, no follow up. I been in a lot of pain and was desperate for an adjustment and some help. I'm very disappointed with the professionalism, and this just goes to show that if I need help with future services, reaching them by phone wouldn't be helpful. Back has been sore so sought out a chiropractor for the first time and The Joint was close to the house and had good ratings. Completed their new patient packet at home and arrived at 10am and was second in line. They were 15 minutes late in opening up and the receptionist was 20 minutes late so I watched 7 patients scan their card while I waited for the receptionist to log in. Was told that I would be added to the list after they checked me in. I was second in line and have better places to be. Not impressed at all. And if you aren't aware, their office set up has no exam rooms. You're in a large room where other patients waiting can watch and hear your treatment. I would not recommend The Joint. read more

The front desk people are very nice and helpful but the chiropractor didn't seem to know at all what he was doing. I went in because I was having extream sharp back pain due to a rib out. My chiropractor has felt with this many times and usually is a one time fix. This chiropractor at the joint however was terrible. Worst chiropractic experience I've had. He didn't wait for you to breath or even tell you to breath. He just used brute force and what felt like he was just guessing. My back and rib are now more fucked up and they charged me $186 and told me I have to come back 6 times.... I will never recommend them. They are the McDonald's of chiropractors. read more
