I was recommended here by a friend, Who happens to have a friend who's friends with the owner Chris. It started off great. Chris is super helpful. He was trying his absolute best to find a vehicle that fit me and my family's needs even with having a newborn. It was a super quick turnaround time and so to say easy process. I came to pick up the car (Mitsubishi Outlander) and there was a odor. They took the car back to clean. I asked they make sure the car is charged since it was s hybrid. They said no problem. I come to pick up the car next day smell is gone, inside still isn't super clean but whatever. I mention the car not being super clean and the car not being charged as requested and was told the detailers are new and they must have forgotten to charge it. I said fine and left. I went on a road trip in my new car and all of a sudden, my car started throwing up a turtle light. Googled it said its due to charge and battery. I then realized there was no charger to charge the car. I stopped at several charging stations to charge the car, and my battery kept depleting after 5 min or less of driving after being charged to full battery. When I got back I dropped the car off at Mitsubishi for them to work on it as it wasn't operational. Found out the whole PHEV portion of the car isnt working breaks were bad as well as the battery was bad. Mitsubishi had my car for almost 2 months and ended up saying they wouldn't replace it as it was normal degrading (it was a 2018). Communication at this point is basically none or very minimal. I'm having to go through other people to get answers. In the meantime as I was waiting on my car they were nice enough to give me loaners that each had their own issues. I then ended up swapping the car I had just purchased for a new car since half the car wasn't working and they wouldn't repair as the cost was extremely high. I ended up in a different Audi Q5. Now I agree to take this car if it was checked out by European shop. To make sure this car was in working condition. At this rate, I have trust issues. I asked to be provided with copies of the repair and reports and to this day still haven't gotten them. They said their mechanics cleared the Q5 and it was all good to go. Then once checked out by the European shop it had bad breaks and needed an oil change. (How does a shop miss this?) Eiter way I was told breaks were replaced (and found out later only rear breaks were replaced) and oil change was completed. I went to pick up the car are it was so dirty on the inside, there was a Crack in the windshield and broken visor as well as sticky buttons. At this point i still had 0 communication and no one was responding. I was given the same excuse that the detailers were new and a half apology. I was told they would get back to me about the windshield, and I never got any calls or messages back. Fast forward 4 weeks. I had an add oil message on my car. I just thought maybe it was an oil change thing. Got an oil charge and all is well. Then it happened 2x more way before I should need an oil change. Well no ones calling me back or getting back to me and now I'm a little over month 3 with the car and I had to use the insurance I purchased additionally to get the car looked at because its not normal for me to have to add oil to the car 3x in 3 months. Well $ 500 later upon the inspection they found not only 2 oil leaks (slow but still leaking) but the dealer or someone there had put zip ties at the bottom of the car to hold up the car cover, and the steering wheel bolts were so loose basically about to fall out. I now have a crazy fear that my car is unsafe for me and my family. If that bolt fell out it would have been a disaster. I could have gotten into a major wreck with my baby in the car. I reached out to the European shop they said they brought it to so I can get a copy. European shop is now refusing to provide the report but admitted to reporting an oil leak read more

We bought a Prius from this business less than a month ago. We bought it knowing that the visor was missing and some lights were burned out. As we replaced bulbs, then fuses, then entire new dome lights, we finally took down the entire headliner. We found about eight intentionally added air fresheners, tons of mouse poop, and some blatantly dangerous and gnawed wires. During our pre-purchase inspection the third party mentioned that rodents had been in the vehicle. So I am not surprised about some rodent damage and poop. What I am really shocked at, is why someone would tape in eight air fresheners then leave the fire-hazard entirely un-dealt with and undisclosed. I understand this car has a previous owned but one perk of a dealership is that they have in-house mechanics to catch this stuff. Not sure what happened, but I am not impressed and would not trust this dealer again. read more

Friendly staff, friendly owner. Low pressure environment, great prices and desirable, affordable vehicles. Really clean office and lot, no stress with test drives. Fast paperwork and will go above and beyond to help with financing. Undoubtedly my best car dealership experience in the state of Oregon. I was not incentivized or asked to place this review. Synergize Auto is a breath of fresh air if you're used to getting the run around from deceptive dealers that are over-selling the description & condition of vehicles. I test drove multiple vehicles and my concerns about this or that were acknowledged with absolute honesty instead of dismissed as to help me with my purchase instead of making feel like I was nitpicking condition. I've never had a more pleasant experience and I hope you all consider this dealership for your car purchases in the future, and I mean that from the heart. 5-Stars, hands down. read more

After 20+ years being out of the system, I've found myself in a position to get my life going again. One of the last steps was to get a car. With the rebuilding of my credit being less than a year old, I wasn't sure if I would be able to get a car loan. I went to Synergize in Dallas because I heard and read good things about them. They had a nice wide range of quality options to look at, and I found a car that fit my needs at a good price. There was no pressure from the staff, the atmosphere was really relaxed. We did some paperwork, and we were able to find a credit union to give me a loan. The whole process was pretty quick and stress free. It really did pay to deal with a smaller family run dealership to get the best service. Even when we ran into some issues that they don't deal with on site, I was given good recommendations for other local family run places to cover the concerns I had. Not the most pleased nice people but I bought a car it lasted 3 days before the transmission gave out. Luckily I'm mechanically inclined and knew what I was getting myself into buying a as is car. Just kinda disappointing plus I messaged them asking for help or guidance on the matter and never even got a response after the sale was done. Overall I suppose it's buisness. read more

The staff were friendly and patient. They helped to find financing for our son as a first time car buyer. They were reasonable in their negotiation. They also were helpful in accommodating us when we changed our mind regarding the warranty within the initial window. They were honest about the vehicle and its history. Very disappointed in this business. Showed up for appointment for this wheelchair van only & we were handed the keys & told to move it ourselves. No one came out to show us any features. We were looking for a wheelchair van with an automatic ramp & a removable passenger seat. These features were all confirmed by the employee I talked to. When we got there, we discovered the automatic ramp didn't work & we needed to know how the passenger seat came out to accommodate a wheelchair. I find it extremely hard to believe that this company has: *BBB Accredited with an A+ Rating! *We won the Best of Willamette Valley for Pre-Owned Auto Dealership! (Gold in 2020, Silver in 2021 and Gold in 2022!) *Over 200 5-Star Reviews on Google! After this experience, I would never recommend this dealership to my family or friends. What shitty customer service if you ask me. Made me feel like I didn't matter.
