my used my last of my saving yesterday to purchase a car big enough for me and all my kids. I have 4 kids and 1 on the way so safety is very important to me. the salesman was told this all and that I didn't want to buy something that was going to break down when I got home. because I'm using all my money. he assured me the van was great no accidents no reports been maintained by the state. I test drove it and it drove great. I ended up purchasing it straight out cash because I didn't want payments but I don't have enough to get any type of warranut they only offered me one for 3 months that was 250 and I didn't hav anymore money after buying the van. he knew I had to drive back 40 min home with kids so for that fact knowing what was wrong with the car is so beyond shady to me. Like are you a dad? How would u feel if that was your kids and mother of your kids you should be ahead of yourself . I get home It drive great the whole way I put it in park after turning into my parking spot and a light comes on that says EPS BAS and I was like hmm that's strange I'm a girl so I didn't even know what that meant. I turn the car off and turn it back on to see if it and t away and the car would no go it of gear. Now it's stuck in park with that light on my dash and I litterally drive it for 30 min before not being able to use it after paying 5200 cash for this van. I have never felt so ashamed and scammed in my life. I'm a single mother and bow I have no way to work I have no money for a car and I have a car I can't fix that I just bought. I'm so sad and I hope people are bangle to see the lot for who they are so they don't get scammed. I would hate for another person to feel how I'm feeling right now. Salesman (Allen) flat out lied to me about what my monthly payments would be just to get me to sign the papers. After hearing what the real payments and APR were, I continued to try to work a deal for my $8000 car. I even went as far as offering $5000 cash along with my $1000 down payment to just own the car and get around crazy APR and monthly payments and they said "NO". I had to just tell them to come pick up their car from me at work and I would find a ride home. They are full of excuses and lie to get the sale.......BE VERY CAREFUL WHEN DEALING WITH THIS LOT!!!! read more

Within the last couple months the rear main seal has failed and the transmission needs to be worked on but at this time we dont have enough money because this company screwed us over so terribly! I called on an Acura MDX on their lot and asked them a couple of things: Do the heated seats work? Does the rear DVD work? After he assured me that he was looking directly at them and they were both working, we drove up from Southern Oregon for 4 hours with a check in hand to purchase the vehicle. When we test drove it, the heated seat light would not come on but heated up to a scalding temperature, and the DVD player was not working as Brandon (the owner's son) had assured me. The screen would not come on. The AUX cord for phone was also broken. While we were not looking for the vehicle to be in the "perfect" condition, we did expect not to be LIED to in order to get us to drive up. When I texted Brandon about the problems (he was not there and we test drove it with another sales person), he refused to answer my text, I've still never heard back from him. All things considered, it's my opinion that he knew these things were wrong, and purposely deceived us in the hopes that the drive would obligate us to purchase the car anyway. read more

This place is a joke. If I could give it less than one star I would. I recently bought a car here and when I took it for its test drive, the check engine light was on. I asked about it and they "were sure it was the o2 sensor," and would get it fixed. I waited the weekend and went back to purchase the car. The very next day after I bought it the check engine light came back on, and Dave fed me this spew about how the government regulates o2 emissions and just because the light is on, I shouldn't worry about it... So he basically told me they didn't fix the problem to begin with. Turns out, it wasn't the o2 sensor, but the vtech sensor, so I can't accelerate over 3.5 RPM's. Again, they didn't check the light in the first place. Now that it's hot outside, I have found out the air conditioning doesn't work, even though they advertised that it did, and they are choosing "not to take responsibility for it." This place is awful. They're in it to make money. Not for customer service or satisfaction. Dont waste your time or money here. I DEFINITELY would NEVER recommend this place to family or friends. read more
