I spoke with a young lady about traveling from Portland to Salem to view a vehicle yesterday 1/9/26. She told me visits were by appointment only and scheduled me for Monday, 1/12/26. However, while checking their Facebook page today (1/10/26), I saw that the vehicle had already been sold. I was never contacted or notified of this change. When I called to confirm, I spoke with a gentleman who had no record of my appointment and seemed unaware of the situation. I was extremely disappointed, especially knowing I could have driven all the way from Portland and wasted time and gas for a vehicle that was no longer available. I'm thankful I happened to see the post before making the trip, but this experience shows a serious lack of coordination and customer communication. Back to the drawing board.

Then, if that didn't fix the issue, they would replace the valve body at $2,500, and then, if that didn't fix the problem, they would replace the entire transmission to the tune of $11,000. Now, if they can't pinpoint the problem why would we pay over $16,000 to repair an 11-year-old car with 81,000 miles on it? Proper diagnostics are key, but they just wanted to throw parts at it. Isn't this the type of mechanic one needs to have, instead of not saying anything?
