It was on Valentine's Day 2026 and my other half wanted me to have some me time. When I got home I probably sounded ungrateful because the only positive thing I could say was I liked the color I picked. It's the 17th and literally every time I washed my hands with hot water or scratched my skin or nicked my nails I could smell the nail polish (this is days later) and this is not nominal! I also left a review on Google. Stay away from this place they don't care about cleanliness! Look around for yourself on the nail side, you won't see it on the hair side. The longer I sat in the massage chair the worse it got. My pedicure and manicure was horrible! Why did the tech change the shape of my nails when all I approved was a trim. My nails grow square and now I have round nails that don't match my feet or fingers. Why did the nail techs use the filing tool to remove previous nail polish instead of nail polish remover and why did they cut and trim my nails before soaking my hands or feet. I thought the purpose of the soak was to clean the client before using shared tools on them. Granted they opened a new pack of nail clippers and other metal tools but the electric filer and callus remover is clearly community. The place I go to in Oahu uses new mini kits every time and they let you take it home! In the past I got my hair cut here three times. Never did my nails. Three times by three different people. The best cut was by Jen. She washed cut and styled my hair and only charged a cut price. I tipped her well. The second person did not wash my hair but he did an excellent cut. The third person was supposed to be done by Jen but she double booked herself. The person washed my hair even though she didn't ask not did I, cut and styled my hair even though I didn't ask to be styled and then charged me for all services. I never returned after that. The third cut sucked. The second cut was great and sadly he left but I see why.

I booked an appointment very last minute since I live in Oahu, and was in search for an eyelash technician in Hilo Area. First impression of her was that she was super sweet, she made me feel like I've known her for years. So come to the appointment, she was very attentive on what I was looking for, she showed me different photos on the length and style. She explained to me what she was doing and what was putting on my face. Carrie was very friendly and talking stories, but when I started to doze off, she tried her best not to wake me. She took her time and made sure my lashes were perfect. I was very happy with the results! She sent me details on caring for them and a little more about the lashes. I waited a little past the 10 days to write this review, I went on my Bachelorette at Disneyland so my lashes were in extreme heat and weren't taken care of too well. But they are built to last. I tried to brush them before bed and in the morning, and unfortunately, I love clean eyelashes, so I wash them thoroughly every night with an oil free gentle face wash (Cetaphyl or Purity). Even with the nightly washing, I believe I've only lost no more than 5-10 lashes since the 10 days. There's a few that are facing the other way,(which is normal & I sleep pretty rough) but they still look amazing! A lot of my friends complimented on how natural it looks. So I can't wait for my future relationship with Carrie. Definitely recommend trying her out! :)

Suzanne, the owner, responded to my text right away and said she can take me at 6pm if it's not too late. OMG - the best massage ever! I asked for a 90 minute lomilomi massage and mentioned to her during our text messagings that I am not sure what to get. She told me that she will do whatever my body wants and that's exactly what she did - she seemed to know what my body needed at that time. She used hot stone on my tummy and my hands, massaged my scalp, applied lotion and scents that are very soothing and smell really nice. And her hands - healing!!! The pressure was just right - it was just perfect. The pain on my legs and feet were gone by the time she's done. I am a massage connoisseur as I go get massages often both in the US and during my travels internationally. I always get good massages but this is the best so far - Suzanne really has healing hands. I came to get a message early August 2025 with Suzanne, the owner of the company. The spa is a closed off area in a home and dedicated solely for massage rooms and whatnot. It's a beautiful vibe to the room-- rainforest, cool, breezy, sometimes rainy, calming atmosphere. The rooms are dark and relaxing. The massage was absolutely beautiful. They are very attentive, and they make sure to check with you for any areas that you would like to focus on. I wanted a more relaxing massage rather than deep tissue and she executed that exactly as I wished. You can tell that she is very skilled, and she has mastered her craft. I also got the scalp treatment and it was amazing on my long hair. She had moisturized my hair deeply, covered it with a hot steaming towel, and later rinsed it out. The lotion and oils used to massage as well as the moisturizers and oils for the scalp smell SO GOOD! I left the spa smelling amazing and also with my skin moisturized and feeling softer than ever. I would 100% recommend this place and I'll definitely be coming back!
