After many phone calls to Optima Care, a physical therapist finally came out 8 days later. It took 12 days for an occupational therapist to come out. So much wasted time. We also ordered a bunch of medical supplies that were needed. They never arrived even after countless calls and promises that they would look into and get back to us. They never got back to us. It's been over 5 weeks and still no supplies. We ended up buying many of the necessary supplies on Amazon. The only reason I am given 2 stars and not 1 star is because the nurse was great. The second physical therapist (the first physical therapist was terrible) and the occupational therapist were also great once they finally came. I would not recommend this company. UPDATE: it's now been 8 weeks and still no medical supplies. How is this company still in business?

Vince facilitated several visits and even accompanied us to most. I did not feel pressured at all although we wanted to make a decision within a week. He was always available to answer questions and find out more if needed. He always got back with an answer quickly and attentive to detail. Due to a prior experience it was important to me that I did not leave my contact information at all these facilities. I did not want them calling me. Vince was very respectful of this request and let the facility know prior to my arrival. He seems to know the community and does a good job at staying in contact with sales agents. In the end with his assistance we found the right place! My mom is happy so far 3 weeks in and he is still in contact with us. When we needed to move furniture he even volunteered to help my husband with the move!! We highly recommend Vince. He did a wonderful job at a difficult time for us.
