My litter box is downstairs, and there is simply no way all the agreed‑upon tasks were completed in that amount of time every day. The outdoor plants were never watered, and based on the ring footage, the litter box was probably only scooped on the very last day, when the man stayed longer than his 3-minute visit. After I returned home, a man from the business knocked on my door, claiming there had been a "miscalculation" and that I owed an additional $60. I paid it because I didn't want any more unexpected visits, but I contacted Dory afterward to explain why I felt the extra charge was unfair. I never received a returned text or call. In the end, I paid about $10 per minute for incomplete service. I cannot recommend Aunt Dory's based on this experience. The lack of thoroughness, transparency, and professionalism was unacceptable.

When my husband went to pick her up, they said they just noticed it as they were giving her a bath, but the coverage on her body, and the severity of the puss and blood on her neck suggests it's been several days developing. I knew she was going to smell after the last time we dropped her off (as you can tell from all the reviews) but I didn't think the conditions would cause such terrible rashes. This is the first time she's ever had a rash like this. I wish they would have utilized the vet information we provided or called us while we were away. It's hard to understand how they didn't notice her bleeding from the neck until my husband was physically there picking her up. She is in a lot of pain and I would have at least scheduled an appointment with the vet asap. Pretty disappointing.

Prior to today, I gathered all of the details for today's visit. The young lady stated the temperament testing was free, (I learned this was not true once I got there and signed my pup up for the day). (FIRST NEGATIVE) Prior to leaving, I had my own water bowl and water for my pup. The young lady said, oh no, we provide water for your dog. ALL OF THE DOGS DRINK OUT OF THE SAME BOWL. (I knew I should have gotten my dog and left then but I didn't). (SECOND NEGATIVE) At the conclusion of the testing, they are suppose to provide a physical report card of how well your pup did. Fast forward to the pickup. When they brought my pup out, he did not look like how I dropped him off (I'm not complaining about this because he was playing with other dogs.) BUT, he smelled like the other dogs ganged up on him and dumped urine all over him. Ohhh goodness, he was a stinky mess. I did not inquire about this, which I should have. (THIRD NEGATIVE). When I asked for the report card, the young lady goes, "oh I'm sorry, he doesn't have one because there were a lot of dogs today." REALLY?!? But you took my money with no problem. (FOURTH NEGATIVE) The moral to this story, there are too many negatives for the initial consultation so I will pass.
